  1. No that was removed completely from Launchbox as its obviously not neede. Not that you need it, you can just drag and drop to Android.
  2. Try force populating the image cache in the options. The software isnt buggy, you think Launchbox is buggy you cant of tried many frontends, of course each and every PC is unique and sometimes issues arise for seemingly no good reason though, as stated you are free to request a refund if you so desire.
  3. I removed it.
  4. You realise that moderators here do not work for the company right? we are not employees and do not get paid a penny for what we do here. So all this "Customer service" is provided by volunteers for free out of our own personal time and lives. We all have family's and jobs ourselves but also like to help out here when we can, just because we like doing so.
  5. Mine are all purchased games or games that were made free at some point, i do not have a sub there, and of course i previously had them all imported, so it did work, but it now finds nothing at all.
  6. I also just went to Tools/options/Integrations/Origin and logged out, i then re-ran the importer and was of course promted to login, so did, and still empty. Debug 2020-11-20 02-11-18 PM.log
  7. I just deleted my whole Origin platform, closed Launchbox, re-opened, ran the Origin importer.
  8. He set a load of videos to private a long time ago. As stated though anything within probably the last year or so is viewable just fine. Not really sure why you are complaining on our forums about it, it's nothing to do with us and this thread probably shouldnt even be here.
  9. Then maybe Yuzu doesnt allow loading those files via command-line, i dont know as i have never seen those formats for Switch games, but essentially Launchbox isnt doing anything other than telling the emulator to load a file from a path, if that then freezes the emulator, then thats either a emulator issue, or a setup issue your side in Launchbox.
  10. Looks to be a issue though, i deleted a game from Launchbox and ran the importer and i get a blank import screen also. @Jason Carr @C-Beats
  11. That was for Ubisoft Connect, not Origin. Ill check mu origin here.
  12. File type is of no concern to Launchbox, if the emulator supports it they will work, if it doesnt, they wont, its as simple as that.
  13. You probably lost premium features, does Bigbox load, im going to say it doesnt any longer.
  14. It works just fine.
  15. Looks like something similar has also happened to me, specifically in my Epic platform with my Batman games. As well as my Lego Batman games. Could it be the names being similar results in "duplicate" games and deletion? The games still have metadata, but the images are completely gone.
  16. lol, each to there own, but i think that shader looks absolutely horrendous. I mean the image below looks like really bad fanart. Retroarch while great can be a issue with some cores, MAME being one as they both have certain settings fighting with each other, controls being one.
  17. Im not sure if this is a option in Retroarch. You would be much better off using actual MAME for this.

You want the binaries, not the source code. https://www.mamedev.org/release.php

    Help with MAME

Shouldnt be, may be somewhere else if you are using a derivative and not pure MAME. Your folder looks a mess to be fair. You sure you actually downloaded the correct file, looks like you may have the source code. Unzipped the folder should look like mine abouve.

    Help with MAME

Go to the emulator folder and open the mame.ini in notepad or similar. Find the highlighted section in my image below, and change the number. 0 is default if i recall, mine is on 1 as it opens on a different screen.
  22. And to add, you can import the .cues very easily. Just go to your roms folder, in this case saturn and in the search bar top right of the window put *.cue that will list all the .cue files in the folder, highlight them all with CTRL A and drag and drop them onto Launchbox to start the import wizard for those files.
  23. Your folder structure is fine and correct. Yeah you only import the .cue file into launchbox for any system that use a cue+bin format. As i said the .cue is a index so thats all the emulator needs, if you were loading a .bin file that is why you were missing audio, that audio was in a different .bin file that the emulator wasnt aware of as it had been passed the .bin and not the .cue, so it was unaware of all the other files.
  24. Are you loading the .cue file from Launchbox? If so your .cue might be wrong, the .cue is basically a index of the .bin files, so all the .bin files for that game should be listed in the .cue file. And yes all the bins and the cue should be in there own unique folders.
  25. Ha ha, yeah that will do it.
