  1. You can just drag and drop images to the window you are typing into.
  2. You can do this with symlinks.
  3. Its theme dependant in Bigbox, and in Launchbox it depends on the size you have the images set to, if you have them very small with lots on screen, small cached images, if you have them large with just a few on screen larger cached images. If you never change themes or the size of images in Launchbox then nothing will be cached again as the approriate sizes are already there.
  4. I have never seen the point in sharing playlists, what is "good" is completely subjective and personal to you. Someone posting a file may be a huge fighting game fan and all 15 games may be fighting games, you however may not like fighting games at all, so that list is worthless to you. If you want a list as small as 15, it wouldnt take you more than five minutes to make it yourself with actual games that YOU like.
  5. The same thing, Epic changed things, and it is fixed in the current beta.

    Snes graphics

SNES looks great for a system that released 32 years ago, and also like any system ever made some games will look better than others, thats still the case today. You would need to define "terrible" and like suggested post some screenshots so that we can see if you have a actual technical issue, or you are just expecting a 32 year old system to look like a modern one. All of these old systems wre made when CRT TV's were still a thing, and the graphics were designed around that, using the native scanlines of all displays to mask the "blockiness" of the graphics somewhat, so these games do look somewhat different on a modern display that does not have these scanlines meaning you see the raw native image, probably also blown up on a very large 4K display when back in the day you were probablt playing on a 14 inch TV in the bedroom, or if you were lucky something like a 22 inch one in the living room. Shaders may do what you want also, they will mess with the image output to give it various different looks. Personally i use one called the mega-bezel, which simulates the old school CRT TV's the games were designed to be ran on.
  7. CPS3 is part of the MAME romset, my guess is its been setup as a platform and Launchbox is set to extract the roms, that will break Arcade games.
  8. That information is outdated and incorrect these days. You just need to go to Tools>Manage>Manage Emulators>Retroarch>Associated Platforms tab, find Sega Saturn in the list, double click the core and pick another one from the dropdown (mednafen is actually called Beetle in the Retrarch UI) Saturn will also require bios if you don't have that?
  9. Ah, yeah that is what i was afraid about and assumed was the case as you included the large file rather than just linking to the originals.
  10. I guess if the large file is @Mr. RetroLust original files, you could just upload your configs here in the download secion and in the file description link to the original file uploads? That way you only upload the configs and users are linked directly to the original files on the same page. That way you get credit for your configs, and Mr. Retrolust gets credit for his initial files.
  11. No they are usually very stable, and any bugs are usually related to the new features not old ones so generally safe to use, you can also always roll back to the stable version any time you want.
  12. I really appreciate the work here, i really do, but i dont think that mega is the correct host for this. Their free to use accounts only allow downloads up to 5GB a day but your main file is 15.5GB so can't be downloaded, so the only people who can download these will be people who pay for a mega account just to access this file. What i would recommend is breaking it up into smaller zips and uploading it to the forums download sections here, just like the original files, that doesnt cost you or the user anything, and will be a permanent file, where as mega can be finicky sometimes. As long as @Mr. RetroLust is OK with that of course.
  13. I got it from the official place, just google pleasuredome github.
  14. The fullset importer requires you to have a fullset, yes, hence the naming. Launchbox does not look at your files it gets the working games list from the mame.exe and adds them all. If you do not have a fullset you should not be using the fullset importer, just manually add them like any other system. Also unless your romset is a "Non-Merged" one you cannot export roms like that as a lot of games will be missing files and will no longer work.
  15. And the answer is still the same as the reply above you.
  16. If you want to coninue this conversation could you please take it to a DM? I know you are trying to be as vageu as you can, but we all know what you are talking about here, and i think the mods would prefer it was not openly discussed in our public forum like this.
  17. I dont believe there is any such command. As i said Launchbox does not have a config file, it does have a settings file in Launchbox>Data, but again that command wont do anything as we do not distinguish between local or network storage. We also actively avise against running Launchbox itself from a Network, performance will be terrible as Launchbox loads a ton of data and images, that will be really slow over a network as networks are slow.
  18. Looks to me like you have a virus, there are references to "crypto" in that eror.
  19. There has never been any such file, what are you specifically looking for?
  20. Myu guess is your PC defaulted to 30Hz when connecting to the 4K TV, this happens all the time, simply set the PC back to 60Hz. It could also be taht the HDMI port on your GPU cannot actually do 4K60 if its a old card, so that is worth checking if windows is not giving you the option for 60Hz at 4K.
  21. Cause the database uses US naming schemes when available, its also why there is a Genesis platform but not a Mega Drive one. Famicom is just NES, and Super Famicom is just Super Nintendo, so scrape the japanese platforms as the US names will work just fine.
  22. Yeah, this has been a issue we have been aware of for two years.
  23. You have to scan the rom folder in the emulator before Launchbox can launch the games.
