  1. In each theme’s folder you should see an overrides xaml. I do not remember the exact name. Might be BogBoxOverrides.xaml or similar or one of the xaml files in the \Data folder. Not sure If I remember correctly if that houses the specific settings you mention.
  2. Top of the forum under "Help & Support:" choose "Request a Feature". Create a ticket there and then come back to your post and link that ticket to drive users to vote it up. That helps show our devs the amount of interest in a trackable format.
  3. I think I will cut this off right here before it slides anymore downhill. Your negativity is not needed. Constructive criticism is always helpful so do not mistake your posts with being constructive in your feedback. Have you even remotely thought the dev may not have a CRT to test having a proper view within LB? That might be one of many reasons our 2 devs have not refined this for CRT users. Doubtful “hate” is one of those reasons. If you are unhappy feel free to request a refund by emailing support@unbrokensoftware.com. I will leave the thread open barring the tone can change.
  4. "Close Active Window" is the binding in BB you need to set to exit out of a game back to BB. All the emulators you mentioned should work fine without anything special. At least on my cabinets they do. How "Close Active Window" works is LB/BB will send common exit commands to the emulator. It will try "Esc", "Alt+F4", "Ctrl+F4", and I believe a few others. Some emulators may be picky and you could use an AHK in the "Running Script" tab of the emulator set-up in LB. Give this a test: Make sure you have the appropriate buttons mapped for the controller you are going to test with in BB to "Close Active Window" then in LB go to >Tools >Manage >Emulators and edit the emulator. In the "Running Script" tab paste the AHK below and save. Then test the game and see if it makes a difference. This is a simple AHK that has worked for many users. Also make sure the emulator does not have an active setting to "Confirm Exit" or "Confirm on Stop" like some do. $Esc:: { WinClose, ahk_exe {{{StartupEXE}}} }
  5. You do not need to do a custom command line for every game.
  6. In BigBox try refreshing your image cache. There is a setting for it in the options.
  7. Did you map your "Pause" button/key in BB? LB and BB have separate mappings for this.
  8. Like I told the user you quoted if you get that error it means you are not using an actual Full Mame rom set. Where did you get your set from (do not post a link just state the name of the site)? Can you post a pic of the inside of your Mame rom folder to give an example of what it looks like.
  9. I would set scrape as for AES as Arcade. You will get better results since it is really just the arcade boards for the home system. Our DB has all arcade boards SNK Neo Geo MVS, CPS1, CPS2, Cave, etc. listed as "Arcade" and not as their board name. So just reimport and set the "Scrape As" to "Arcade".
  10. Yes, this is not possible. Playlists can only be made from platform game data as a platform is the only level that contains the actual imported games and all game related metadata. Making a playlist from a playlist is not possible because the xaml file generated for a playlist contains very minimal metadata and there really would be nothing the new playlist would be able to read from that xaml.
  11. By "downloaded two builds" do you mean one of the pre-built LB set-ups the someone created for people to download? If so, we do not really troubleshoot those builds. Too much of a hassle since we do not know what the user did to the build and if you do not either then it is a lot of tail-chasing trying to figure it out. It is usually best to see if that person has a discord or support forum. LB does not and has never handled in-game controls. That is all mapped in each emulator or game exe directly.
  12. The most common and likely answer is the team is small and it is not a high priority. Only so many hours they work a day and they have to triage work. Doubtful either of the twice think it is not a good addition, just not a top priority at this point. We have not had many users request this. Lots of users bring up good ideas for additions they just take time.
  13. If you got a Mame full rom set form a legitimate source like Pleasuredome it does not need anything additional to run. I did not have that game imported into my set-up and just tested it in Mame. Boots up fine with the .249 set I have. Even boots with an old .238 set I have on another cabinet that has not been updated. Does not sound like you got your roms from Pleasuredome since you said "...the owner made it so all the roms had to be copied back to the ROM directoy...". I would say ditch that rom download and get it from the source.
  14. We typically do not troubleshoot pre-built LB set-ups since we have no idea what the creator did in the build and if the user did not set it up fresh then it is a crap shoot as well since you do not know all the ins and outs of how it was set up. ColPipe's discord would be a good resource for his builds. Best recommendation from our end is in a different drive or folder download a fresh install of LB from our site. Set that up and then import a selection of games. Test in that build and see if the same thing happens.
  15. No. The license is yours to use on your systems and on as many builds as you own. If its in a portable drive it is still your drive.
  16. This type of post will likely not get any faster help. Please consider a couple things. 1: It is the holiday and our dev team, like many out there are taking tome off to be with family. So expect slow response from them until possibly Monday/Tuesday. 2: Our forum is still small and the members that offer troubleshooting help is an ever smaller number. So overall, a little patience and less crass would go a long way. Any further posts of this tone will not be tolerated. What version LB are you on? If you revert to a prior version does the issue go away. What are your pc specs?
  17. You will need to be able to code in Xaramin Forms. Community Theme Creator is only for BigBox as of now.
  18. This i snot an option for Attract Mode. You would need to use the "Feature Request" option located under the "Help & Support" at the top of the forum. I recommend after making the ticket to post it in this thread to help steer users to vote on it.
  19. Check the bottom of the email that your license came with. The code for it was typically in the email. If I remember right it was a post script (a P.S.) at the end of the email.
  20. Well it is a theme as the GameDetailsView is typically theme specific. So knowing what exact theme you are using is helpful. Another reason to know is if it is a theme made with the Community Theme Creator you may be able to easily edit it (if the creator released the CTC files) in the Theme Creator. Otherwise it would be a manual edit. Off-hand I do not know what theme that is by the images. What items are you trying to move and exactly where to? Also what image type are you trying to add and where in the canvas.
  21. Probably good to tell exactly what you need and provide pics of the view you want edited. Also what theme it is.
  22. Just email support@unbrokensoftware.com and ask to change the name on the license to who you are gifting it to if you already made a purchase.
  23. @Jass_167 This theme was not made with the Community Theme Creator. So, no files would have been released that could be used with the CTC. To edit this you will need to manually edit the code or recreate the theme in the CTC.
