Just curious, typically we see the poll on features in April and so far there's been no word on one. I'm just curious as to where we stand on the feature list from the previous poll? I understand that it'll happen when it happens, just looking for a status update is all. With so many features form the previous poll it is hard to gauge if we're at 50% or 75% or whatnot.
Oh I never questioned that. Naturally majority rule. All I’m saying is there is no technical reason for it not to and it’s not that the community doesn’t want it, it’s simply overlooked. If Jason wanted to do it, it would be done - community poll or not.
my point is simply that the question isn’t “why should it be supported?”. It’s “why shouldn’t it be?”. I can’t think of a reason.
I vote for this plugin to be integrated into LB entirely, author willing of course. There's no reason LB shouldn't handle this out of the box, even if it may be as a premium feature.
This should be fixed at some point... it's a source of confusion for users. Adding a platform in Manage Platforms should make that platform show up in the platform dropdowns.
I'm curious about the reasoning behind why Popcap Games is a platform? It strikes me that this should merely be a developper like all others fitting into other platforms such as Windows Games, Xbox, Playstation, etc. Am I missing something?
The solution here is simple: If badges are enabled then spacing of 0 = whatever the badge spacing requires. If badges are disabled then spacing of 0 = 0.
So I updated to 10.8 and when I went to View regions, I found myself in a loop: pressing back brought me back to the options menu as expected but pressing back again would return me to the view regions screen rather than the main big box platform display screen.
Whether I pressed Esc or selected back in the actual options menu, I would just be stuck looping between view regions and options with no way back tot he platform screen. The exit button works as usual so that's the only way out of the loop: close big box and relaunch.
Am I alone with this glitch?
But there are no rules for long name nomenclature which means it is impossible to tell launchbox how to take a long name and find the short name equivalent. The best solution would be to guess which would undoubtedly lead to way too many false matches.
That’s not the point. Your issue isn’t going to be fixed in beta 10.2, is it? That’s my point.
I said what I had to say. As others have already said, move on.
