  1. some games will work others will not and some that have been added since then will be missing. To have your games in a different location you have to tell MAME where you have them in the .ini file SO NO THEY DO NOT HAVE TO BE IN THE EMULATORS ROM DIRECTORY. here is proof of concept That is my setup fully working inside and out of LB.
  2. try emailing support@unbrokensoftware.com they will fix you up
  3. you can't do it at the same level as MAME

That's not how the Community Creator works. He would need to recreate his whole theme in community creator 1st as far as I understand it.
  5. I'd rather have my dip switches set to play the game how I enjoy them then compete for high scores but the feature was fun while it lasted.
  6. ah I just saw the part about not having an ini guess I should take the time to read fully instead of just skimming.
  7. lol at this point you definitely should have followed my advice and did it through the UI
  8. yes that will work. you can also open MAME go to configure options and go to save current settings (or however it is actually worded) and that will create it also.
  9. you will have to edit the m3u games though after doing so because they will be pointing at the cues so you may want to do what @neil9000said but search for m3u 1st then after that import repeat and do it with the cue file extension.
  10. Are you saying that DigDug doesn't work in 220 or DigDug scores don't work in 220? I just tested it out (booting the game) and it definitely worked I didn't have a controller handy so I didn't try to get a high score or anything so I can say the game is working but can't comment on the scores for it.
  11. Google No-Intro set at archive.org
  12. As of now 221 isn't officially released so it hasn't been updated to it in LB yet. You should definitely make sure that the version has been revised in LB before updating though not because anything bad can really happen besides not seeing the few games that may have been added that month but mostly because you will just be wasting your time.
  13. Are you using WMP as your video playback engine that is know to cause memory leaks?
  14. I don't know if there is search in Android and since development has ended it looks like if there isn't there never will be.
  15. Or you can always just download your CHD files from Pleasuredome in the correct format and not bother with any of this. Also last time I checked you can always just select multiple files at once right click them and have winrar or 7zip unpack them all to separate folders. Anyway thanks for sharing in case there are some people who may be downloading them from Archive
  16. yeah not sure what the issue is I have 16GB of DDR3 in my PC and I've never seen LB go anywhere near 11GB of RAM.
  17. When you imported your games did you check the option not to import clones as additional apps?
  18. Are your games already combined? If you right click the game in LB does it have multiple options to launch the game in the context menu?
  19. No the LB side of it is updated almost every month now.
  20. Yeah I was more just putting it out there because there is a stigma around updating MAME when really it is pretty much just as simple as downloading the torrent right over top of your existing one and getting the matching version of the emulator.
  21. I know that this isn't the recommended method of updating the ROMs but I have found that if you simply grab the new torrent when it is released and download it to the same folder that your MAME ROMs are in it simply updates and that is the only step you need to have a updated set every month. Doing it this way will unfortunately not remove games who have their names changed or that are moved out of the set for whatever reason so you may have a few extra files that aren't needed but its really a lot easier to stay updated than people realize. There is however a simple tool called TorrentCheck that allows you to compare the new torrent to your existing torrent. Depending on what options you check depends on what it does. I have it delete unneeded and wrong sized files and by delete I mean have moved to the backups folder for manual deletion later. When you run TorrentCheck it solves the issues of extra and unwanted roms being included in your set. http://forum.pleasuredome.org.uk/index.php?showtopic=34760&hl=+torrent +check
  22. Navigate to here and adjust the blur
  23. Didn't know Dirt Devils had a version under Naomi? I don't have the rom for it either I only have it for Sega Model 3.
  24. https://www.ultimarc.com/MultiMode.pdf I'd look at this and make sure that you model is compatible before trying to install any new firmware
  25. At this point you are 36 builds away from current (assuming 0.221 is released today on time) so just 3 years behind not a big deal. I would say its time to update just for feature improvements in the program and not necessarily for new games which there have been a few additions most notably the Star Wars Arcade version from the 90s. I can understand not wanting to update it can be a PITA and a lot of people have the if it isn't broke don't fix it mentality but for me I couldn't imagine letting it go 3 years. At this point it would be much easier to get a new set rather than trying to update your previous set and having to download all 36 update sets
