Yeah this feature is sorely missing.

Bitbucket is what is used to make official requests that can be tracked by the dev and voted on by other users. Requests made here are harder for the dev to keep track of that is why its suggested to use BitBucket.

Yes EmuMovies is down there was maintenance yesterday then the site was back up no one has reported today if it is a planned outage or not

Yep the only benefit of changing is access to new features within the emulator itself it won't help you get new ROMs added to your library through LB.

Have you tried going into the built in MAME UI and setting your directories in there?

There is none really LB uses info from MAME 0.174 or 0.175 currently so short of looking up all the games added in the last 10 or 11 builds and manually adding them there isn't much more to do until this is updated in the program.

Not in BB but very easy to do in LB and it will carry over

Basically in BB once you get to the Games Detail View for a game all the additional apps will be listed there. Swapping the disc will all be on the emulators side so how ever they handle it but once your past the part and you can just start with the 2nd disc you will launch it from within the details view

Yeah I want to know how to do it without needing the hash files or the softwarelist roms like I can in regular MAME

Well the fact none of us have heard of them may mean it isn't possible on PC but I really don't know one way or the other.

I had MESS working too in RA but I was using the software list games to do it regular roms didn't work for me. Which makes sense because I wasn't feeding it any parameters

Part of me wants you to keep looking for the answer because I want to know if it can be done

Well if you make some good .bats don't be afraid to post them to the download section other may enjoy them also

To use MESS through MAME you may need to use the stand alone version where those commands work with ease

i have the use the file name without extension checkbox checked on mine for Naomi.

I imagine some are regional probably and they are the same game I really don't know that is my only logical guess as to why.

I don't have a clue about what most of this means I have no clues as to what Coinop 7 and 8 are even a reference to if you have hacked games that aren't part of the official MAME set you probably need HBMAME (I've never used it but its Homebrew MAME)

@Imortus.san that is because they changed a lot of the ROMs at the time to match the changes that MAME had made to the ROMs This here will pull the games out of a current MAME set the only real issue is if you have a MAME split set the DC.zip file won't work unless it is merged together with all of the other files that go with it now. MAME recently split the DC bios into separate files and Demul doesn't know how to handle it yet a non-merged set or even a merged copy of this file would eliminate that issue though

If console is set to 1 in the plugin.ini the UI will not launch I had it edited before to 1 even though I wasn't sure what it actually did.
