  1. Only thing for Arcade is do you want to play Demul Arcade games Taito Type X Nesica in other words more modern Arcade games if you do you need the machine to push them so 3rd gen i5 is a good starting point to me. My Arcade Machine has a AMD e450 in it and it is seriously under powered and not capable of running those systems
  2. I have it on i5 3330S and 2 i5 6500's and they all handle LB/BB and emulators great.
  3. New Nucs with USB-C Thunderbolt ports are not as limited as they now support external GPU's like this one https://www.amazon.com/Akitio-Node-Windows-Certified-Thunderbolt3/dp/B06XKKSNTS/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1495822439&sr=8-1&keywords=egpu Of course adding this increases the price exponentially since you need the box plus a GPU to go into it but basically you could run a 1080TI on a NUC i7 and it would be a beast.
  4. You can make a 2nd instance for MESS but I don't personally.
  5. when you go to the emulator details tab make sure none of the checkboxes are ticked two get ticked by default for MAME but they break all MESS systems for some reason
  6. I don't. Even though I regularly update MAME I don't bother with researching what games have been made playable and manually maintaining the changes in LB I'm just waiting for the importer to be updated someday.
  7. well they won't be accounted for I believe the importer is using either 0.174 or 0.175 currently.
  8. Currently you would go to a game in LB and use ctrl+e to open the edit window and there is a checkbox. Hopefully it will be added to BB as some point. Not sure what you mean on the 2nd one
  9. did you remove that retarded Obsidian post also Neil?
  10. I didn't like that I couldn't go to the next episode with out navigating to the arrows and hitting enter instead of the arrows just going to the next episode just seemed unintuitive on the desktop compared to what I already had.
  11. I'm not saying it wouldn't be nice I'm saying that I highly doubt this will be implemented unless you could generate a high interest in it
  12. Probably more likely if someone made a plug in to scrape it. If they have an API which I don't know.
  13. new config will make a config for the core you are using current config will change your default config. you can also use core and game overrides now too.
  14. I strongly suggest you check out the LB YouTube tutorial section there is a plethora of information there that can take out a lot of the guess work when setting things up. Especially for RetroArch.
  15. I don't like PMP I think it lost a lot of the great functionality that PHT had.
  16. Yeah can also search OpenPHT which is an open source version of PHT its what I use on my desktops on my Windows tablets i use the store app it pretty good.
  17. I believe some themes have their own folder structure and you can put images in there and it will overide what is in the default images folder but I don't think changing them in the folder I pointed to will allow you to use different ones but I'm not sure as i haven't delved to deeply into the feature.
  18. Try checking Images\Platforms\Nintendo 64\Banner
  19. I'm hoping to see this for Switch but fear Nintendo will never allow it.
  20. I'm not an expert but it might be a dx9.dll based of the faulting module path that could corrupted or missing
  21. Okay @Jason Carr I just noticed this when I combined two games it makes two additional apps including a duplicate one for the facing game is this expected behavior I thought the dropdown would let you choose the game you wanted to be the face game and would only make the additional app for as however many games you were combining with the game that is still showing.
  22. Yeah no issues here either.
  23. I'm getting the new beta now will let you know
  24. Sorry missed the title of the thread and only read the last two post No Filler playlist is an awesome idea.,
  25. There are no filler extractors available on the download section of this site. You just put it in with your MAME roms and run the .bat file and it will copy out the roms specified in the .bat. Actually here is the link
