I have an all options in my platforms but I noticed the other day on one of my installs that all was changed to (exists) and I don't know why but on this computer all is still there. When searching in all it shows all the games lumped together I don't know if adding a custom filter would allow you to see them separated by platform or not

I think the first one occurs when you use the AHK outside of LaunchBox with a 360 controller it may be what was causing the other peoples issues once I disabled the AHK I no longer have that one popping up anymore. Today was the first time I saw the other issue. My library is huge around 19K but I have 16GB of RAM and I haven't really added many games recently so I don't know why it would be suddenly be popping up. It may never even happen again I just thought I'd let it be known.

This might help you there are a few different methods that all work but it may not be easy to follow. If you are using Demul for Dreamcast already you will definitely need to have either two versions of the emulator or use the .bat file method https://www.launchbox-app.com/forum/troubleshooting/problem-with-launching-demul

1) If you go into tools and then to manage platforms you can choose your platform and hit edit then a form will open with a few tabs at the top if you go into the one named folders you can change all of your folder paths. 2) When you follow the instructions for number 1 you will see which folders LaunchBox is using and match them to your assets folder LaunchBox is using less of these than EmuMovies there is no LaunchBox folders for carts or CD's they all get lumped together in the screenshot folder 3) You will get better matching if you use EmuMovies through LaunchBox if not you may find you need to edit some of the file names to get it to match if your games. 4) Yeah like you said this is basically answered in the first answer.

Go to manage emulators click on WinUAE (or whatever you have named it) then go to edit there are three check boxes one says no Space before ROM that has to be checked. Can you start the games already outside of LaunchBox? There is a screenshot of this in post 14

I had this issue to 1st do you have a config file named cd32.uae if you didn't make one then you don't have one and you are loading a config file that doesn't exist. After the -cdimage= it should just be blank %file isn't needed. Also did you follow Gerhard's instructions to add the check to no space in the manage emulator form for Amiga CD32

Why do you even need to use a script? I just run the emulator and it loads games fine setup the manage emulator like this

It might be the title LaunchBox gives the ROM or maybe both I'm not 100% but I usually name them whatever LaunchBox is calling the game.

You may need to convert them which could probably be almost as much as a hassle as downloading them. Really it won't be LaunchBox that supports them it will most likely matter on whether or not Windows Media Player supports that format.

No built in fix but if you grab Notepad++ you can use the find and replace feature to quickly and easily change paths. First find the path you originally set in LaunchBox then close LaunchBox and use Notepad++ to open the LaunchBox.xml file then go to the menu click search then click on find in find type in your original path and then I usually use the count feature to see if the xml finds my paths then go to the replace tab there you will be able see the path you just type in find and another text box to type in the new path that you created then click replace all and save the xml that should be it as long as you didn't change the actual names of the ROMs or any of the subfolders they are located in.

One of the two systems is 16GB and the other is 8GB the only thing I have done to these two lately was add the AutoHotKey in the options I'm going to disable it and see if it happens after that. If that is the issue I hope it can get fixed though I was pretty pleased with how that was working out.

Keep getting this error on two different computers System.OutOfMemoryException: Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown. at System.Threading.Thread.StartInternal(IPrincipal principal, StackCrawlMark& stackMark) at System.Threading.Thread.Start() at LaunchBox.GameControllerHandler.GetStatus(String guid, String name, Boolean useAutoHotkey, Int32 autoHotkeyHoldButton, Boolean useAllControllers) at LaunchBox.Program.TimerElapsed(Object sender, ElapsedEventArgs e) I think this has started happening since adding the autohotkey to close windows using buttons 7 and 8. If this is the same controller issue others were having with the 360 controller the AHK being set may be the cause. It is super annoying to because every time that you hit close the windows keeps popping up you have to go into Task Manager to kill it. It seems that report error button isn't doing anything either.

Yeah that does it. When you aren't using search you don't have to do that never thought to try that just thought you couldn't use it there thanks.

Ctrl+A doesn't every work for me in search in Windows 10 I have to manually highlight the whole list do others have ctrl+A working in Windows 10 File Explorer search results.

Finally gave this a go this afternoon I'm up to step 8 now and I'm trying to source the DVD's but the other games are working good I see on a site that there are more games than are listed in the loader I am guessing that these games aren't playable in Daphne as of yet.

I've seen around 6.7 on mine but that is few and far between and only with my BTGuard proxy shutoff. I still get satisfactory torrent speeds though sometime up around 4 with the proxy which I'll trade a little speed for some security.

Figured as much thats the reason I just Launch Plex from inside LB too much effort to add stuff minus the scraping.

Did you have to add the metadata yourself?

Yeah sounds like maybe your phone had an issue that's why it was getting so hot and warping the battery both of my brothers have had a few of there phones all the way through their two year contracts and they still were working when they upgraded me personally I'm a HTC guy when it comes to my phone but if Asus were to come to the US market with a Verizon phone I'd jump all over that they have an awesome unbranded unlocked new ZenFone coming out at the end of the month but I'm a little weary of buying a phone that my provider isn't involved in not that it might not work but it could potentially be an unwanted headache if it didn't I belive it is coming with 4GB of RAM I'd love to try out Saturn.emu and Reicast on that bad boy.
