  1. Or you can just uncheck them when editing your main MAME build and it shouldn't effect it in anyway what so ever.
  2. can you go to tools manage emulators and edit mame then send over screenshots of both your general tab and your associated platform tab
  3. Everything Mess can do MAME can do. To generate a MESS.ini I would think it would be the same method in MAME either config options in the UI and then save config or by using -cc command through the command line.
  4. also if you are in the UK that is one of the places that seem to have slow speeds from the LB server
  5. to change the emulator for a single game simply right click the game go to edit go to the emulation tab in the edit form and then change the emulator there for that specific game.

also disc swapping already exists for CD games in pause (or at least for RA) but its similar to the manuals if you don't have a multidisc game it won't show in pause.
  7. MAME roms are that and so much more not just arcade games. There are system boards, bios files, casino games, plug and play TV systems game and watch games. But one thing is for certain those roms are not part of the MAME ROMs set of the MAME SoftwareList for NES. So I would follow FlightRisk's advice and delete them from LB.
  8. I'm pretty sure from reading Jason's response B isn't going to be considered.
  9. Somewhere on the forum is a post that explains exactly how to do this but I can't remember who posted or the steps to do it

    32bit LaunchBox?

Wait I'm so confused now if you don't already have 32bit version of Windows why do you need the 32 bit version of LB?
  11. DOS76

    32bit LaunchBox?

LB installer includes both and defaults to the systems architecture
  12. yes look at my example it show 5 separate paths. One to the default ROMs folder that I don't use and 4 to my Z: Drive which is a mapped network drive
  13. I can't take credit me Monkus and Neil discussed it in Discord and came up with that had to be the issues as your config was correct also thanks for including screen shots it helps us immensely when we have to try to troubleshoot issues. Glad you got it sorted.
  14. well 1st things 1st do you have a mame.ini file in the root of your MAME folder? If not open MAME without a game loaded and go to UI configuration option and then click save configuration and it will create one. From there open the ini look for a line that says rompath it should be right in the top of the document add your path there. Here is an example of mine
  15. yeah you have to edit an xml file and toggle it on in the LB xml I think @neil9000 is that the correct xml.
  16. I see you already reinstalled so disregard my advice.
  17. Any time LB BB won't open go to the update folder in the LB folder and run the last update again it will install right over your other one without changing any of your settings or anything.
  18. Did you originally import your games with another emulator? If so did you use Ctrl+A to select all games and switch to your new emulator, and no checking the default emulator box won't change what you already imported only anything else you import from that point on.
  19. Hopefully that error message means something to @Jason Carrand he can offer some insight.
  20. try going to you update folder in the LB folder and reinstalling the latest update over your current install.
  21. and are your ROMs from the 0.150 set?
  22. well that isn't how it should be what version of MAME are you using.
  23. Okay open mame in the UI go to configure options then go save configuration it will create the file if it isn't in the root directory then go into the ini folder and copy it into the root folder depending where it creates the file
  24. Yeah every game has options like that there can be some cool stuff in the settings and they are worth looking into just to see what they can do. I like to set free play for any games that I see have the options.
