  1. Ok so that tells me when you moved the stuff to the other computer something changed. Most likely it's your roms path, where are your roms stored and did you update your rom path in Mame ?
  2. Yup, I keep all the jpg versions on my Google drive and the png versions are here in this thread. https://drive.google.com/open?id=1IF0pmvUlnYM_rrrjuZMJi4YuWz3EjocS
  3. Mame is generally pretty good about not requiring dependencies to be installed. I don't know what version of Mame you are using but can you load it up without any games and get into its UI ?
  4. Yeah, loading screens are planned.
  5. If you moved stuff check your directories, especially if your roms are in a different folder.
  6. Your best bet to get that level of customization is to use CRT-Royale, it has a lot of switches and knobs to tweak settings to get the exact look you are after. I'm fairly certain curvature is among them, other wise you may have to look into building your own preset with different shader passes til you get something to your liking.
  7. It could be now that as long as your driver is set to Vulkan in the drivers menu then the core will be using it when it starts up. It's been a while since I have bothered to look at any of the Vulkan stuff, it offers no benefit to me in my setup and id rather have all the features bug free. That isn't to say I wouldn't switch over to Vulkan at some point in time but rather I feel they are still working the kinks out of it right now.
  8. If you are like me and have a folder for Saturn games and then in that folder sub folders for each game you can use the search function of the Windows file manager to search for *.cue and it will list all the .cue files which you can then just drag into LB to import them (filter out the ones you will be doing with the m3u after). Once that is done you can go back and do the same thing wit *.m3u.
  9. The .m3u file becomes the "rom" file in LB.
  10. The way I handle its is I put each game in their own folder. Multi disk games go in a single folder and then make a playlist file (.m3u).The playlist is just a simple text file with the file extension changed to .m3u and in that playlist file is the name of each disk on individual lines. Panzer Dragoon Saga (Disc 1 of 4) (USA) (DW0575).cue Panzer Dragoon Saga (Disc 2 of 4) (USA) (DW0575).cue Panzer Dragoon Saga (Disc 3 of 4) (USA) (DW0575).cue Panzer Dragoon Saga (Disc 4 of 4) (USA) (DW0575).cue Then in RA when it asks to change disks you can use the Quick Menu to manage disks. You could also try merging them into a CHD file but I have never tried this myself so I cannot say how well it would work.
  11. But it should be showing in the main RA menu under the driver settings.
  12. That is very strange. Though I bet there is a perfectly logical reason for it I can't think of a reason it's not showing as an option in the driver section of RA.
  13. You have to set the video driver for RA itself to Vulkan first I believe.
  14. It's something that is enabled in the emulator itself, usually under the video settings. You will see something like video renderer or video backend with OpenGL, DIrect X, Direct 3D or something similar and you can change it to Vulkan depending on the emulator, not all emulators support it though.
  15. 5-10 minutes is definitely excessively long. Myself and many others use Retroarch for the most part when it makes sense to do so, of course it doesn't always make sense and in those cases stand alone options are better.
  16. Yeah it seems reasonably good from the little bit I have tried it out.
  17. Aww shit, should have double checked, was thinking Handy was for the ST but it's for the Lynx. I use Retroach with the Handy core for Lynx.
  18. I deleted the other thread since it was a double. Unfortunately I can't help you with Handy, I use Steem for my ST emulation and even that is funky and annoying but it was the best I could figure out.
  19. The Magical Quest Starring Mickey Mouse has been released. https://www.zeldix.net/t1712-mickey-s-magical-quest
  20. I think a bounty system works fine for projects like Retroarch where you have many different devs and several different emulator cores and it's a free product / project. But for something like Launchbox which is a paid product everyone who has paid for the license gets their chance to vote on things so it's fair to everyone rather some guy with a bunch of money getting his personal pet features implemented. Like I said feel free to find a person who can make plugins and pay them to make one for you. This is one of the nice benefits of the plugin feature and people are free to charge money for their plugins if they wish. You can make a bounty post asking for someone to make a plugin to do it rather than a bounty system to pull Jason from the main development of Launchbox as a whole.
