  1. Its fixed in beta 5, so i assume it was the same in beta 4, although i didnt test it there.
  2. Use the mame fullset importer if you have a 195 fullset. Id recommend leaving all the filters at there defaults, the only thing i change is i set my preferred region to world, leaving it at the default North America would also be somewhat similar. If you leave everything as is you will get around 2800 fully working games in Launchbox.
  3. Yeah im seeing it also, it seems to be completely at random though, platforms change, even the games that show/dont show seem to be different everytime. Its almost like the cache isnt fully completing so we are not getting all clear logos in a platform. See below image where i have several logos missing right at the start of the list (i have favourites set to show at the top), i should also note i dont think the favourites is the issue either as the three logos that you can see are also favourites.
  4. I just downloaded the theme to test and its working just fine here on the latest beta.
  5. Have you downloaded any Platform/Playlist videos from inside of Launchbox? a lot of themes are designed for videos, but they dont actually come with any. As for videos for games Launchbox does not provide gameplay videos from our database, those are provided by emumovies and requires a paid subscription to access there music/manuals/videos.
  6. Which core are you using? Also if you use the angrylion graphics api in the core settings that cant be upscaled.
  7. Same. 2020-10-06 23-11-20.mp4
  8. Launchbox does not provide any gameplay snaps from our database, they come from emumovies, you would have to let them know.
  9. Which one, there is nine different style platform videos for that system in the integrated video downloader.
  10. If its emulating a keyboard you need to set it up in Bigbox under keyboard, not controller.
  11. Its not a launchbox issue. If the game has 2 eboots to launch the games separately the you need to import them separately. Also PS3 games come in two types, disc and store, they have different serials and go into different folders in the emulator, so if you have the disc version of the game then that is what the emulator will see. Again not a Launchbox problem but a feature of the emulator itself.
  12. Its not needed, as already said its the same as importing roms. Add a comic reader as a emulator and add your comics as roms that use that emulator, job done.
  13. In the current betas the edit screen does not update "on the fly" like the old one did, which causes many more clicks in certain situations. For example matching a game and getting media for a game that was not identified at import. Right click the game and go to edit, click the search for metadata box receive correct game so click on that to fill the database ID and game info. Then proceed to the images page of the edit and click on the download media button and the window that pops open is completely empty of media. So you actually have to close the edit window out completely and then re-open it and navigate back to the Images section and click on the download media button again, which will now find all associated media just fine. TLDR, You have to add the database ID and info then quit the edit window and then re-enter it to download media, as the info that the game now has a database ID and game info doesnt seem to be saved/surfaced until you actually OK/Exit the entire edit dialog window.
  14. 1. the cue and bin files should be in the same folder, preferably named after the game, the cue is just a index file for the bin. 2. We cant post links to bios or roms for obvious copyright reasons, but the bios will likely be old, i mean its a early 90's system. Retroarch will actually tell you the md5 sum it wants for the bios files, so you can use a program to see what the md5 of the file you have is and if they match. 3. If using Retroarch (which is recomended) bios for most systems go directly into the Retroarch/Systems folder. For example.

  16. Vib Ribbon was a PS1 game and was only released in Europe and Japan, so make sure the version you download is one of them, you may also need the bios for that region for it to run, i forget there.
  17. There is not, and even if there was it wouldnt be complete. Our database is user built and is not a official list of systems/games.

  19. Those are playlists, not platforms, unless you specifically unchecked those boxes when you imported Arcade they have always been there, are you still using the same view in the dropdown above your systems. Pinball FX 3 is a game it is not a system or a emulator, so it is added to launchbox like any Windows game is. You can add the tables and launch them directly, but you need a cabinet code from the game devs. So its totally doable if you want to put the effort in. Unfortunately your lack of patience in setting your pinball programs up are not the fault of Launchbox, we have many many users using them just fine in Launchbox.
  20. Your right, it is.
  21. We get it, and what we are saying is you can have it set to either of those options you want, just save them as content overrides, so set it correctly for a platforms and save a content directory override, then load it up again with a game from the other system, change the setting, and then save another content directory override. now that system setting will be different depending on what rom you load.
  22. Punctuation and correct use of capital and lower case letters would be a good start, you know so it actually looks like the English language, and not a stream of thought from someone who it looks like has never seen English written down before.
  23. Also i should add that betas are not for daily use on your normal build, they are betas for a reason, they can and sometimes will break. Betas are for testing new features, if you opted in to them you should of understood what you were opting in to.
