It works now. Not sure what the issue was before, thank you!

All of my Switch titles are only title...anything extra is always in parentheses or brackets, which the search algorithm ignores, in my experience. -
I moved the default image folders into the PLATFORM parent folder and they load now. Thank you!
-
Ahhh I missed that...all my images across the entire collection load fine, but I guess the defaults have to be in that format...I'll try that next.
-
The only thing odd about my collection is that it's running on a Synology NAS....but I don't see why that would change the fields offered here. I will try a reinstall of LB over itself.
-
hmm I'm lost then...because I'm doing the same thing for 3DS as I am for Playstation 1 which was done with earlier versions of LB ...so I'm confused why the 3DS won't show..I appreciate you trying to help BTW. This is my PS1 folder/file layout and my 3ds folder/file layout: 3DS

All I get (from clicking that button OR right-clicking) is this: :-( My version is the latest stable:
-
@Jason Carr - Sorry to tag you, but was this feature that was removed in later versions of LB? ^^^ See above right click menu differences in platforms. Is there no longer an active option to set Default Box art for a platform? My old PS1 set ones are working, but I can't add my 3DS...using version 11.7 of LB.
-
Interestingly, if I look at my PS1, which was set up a long time before in earlier versions, it DOES show that option: But still not on the right-click menu anymore:

Hi, this no longer works in the recent versions... how do I set this default box art for my platform now? I placed the Nintendo 3DS.png file in a newly created "default 3D Box' in the images folder for this specific platform, but it doesn't pick it up...I have the same image/file-format for my PS1 system (named to 'Sony Playstation.png') and it finds it and works just fine...

I have a large package of these generic placeholder images, but none for 3DS...I have a bunch if 3DS eShop titles imported that are missing everything...many are not even in the database yet. I would like to dress them with these generic covers for now, as I do with some other system's games until I can find actual covers...Does anyone have these? Thank you in advance.
-
Thanks for taking the time, but yes...it all matches....I just gave up and I'm using the stand-alone for those games...it's fine. ?
-
I can't get the Retroarch core of Mesen to work with HDpacks (yes it's enabled), but I can the stand-alone...I'm not sure why? Anyone else have the same issue and resolve it?
-
I have it exiting fine, but it won't go full screen.
-
Hello. Can you post a screenshot of this command as it shows in LB? This isn't working for me...thank you.

Philips CD-i to .CHD Batch Converter

Hi, this doesn't work... it just closes immediately. I have it in the same folder as my CUE / BIN files....using Windows 10? Anyone know how to fix this? *nevermind, I fixed it, my names were ISO / CUE, not BIN /CUE, so I just had to edit the .bat and change the .bin to .iso in the command and it worked. (hopefully...I'll test playing them later) -
Hey everyone. For Switch games sometimes it will get a game's media, but often-times it fails to recognize them at all, especially eShop stuff, but not only...what are the Switch's metadata sources that it pulls game info from? Any tips to improve these results? Manually fixing/adding these is a grind... For example, these are my last 16 imports and the results:

I'll try to use Retroarch. What CORE are you using for Commodore 128 roms? -

Yes I tried the zips, but that failed completely, now they are decompressed to: .D64 (some work), .D81 (some work) .png, (see below) .lnx (only a few are these) I mostly need help loading these full screen, and pre-loading the SIDE A-B sides of the few multi-disk titles....and gracefully exiting the system (pressing ESC ideally) Also the PRG files at most launch to this type of window - sometimes if I type run and press enter it will play, sometimes a title will not....any way to autoload this PRG formatted games?: -

Actually I just launched this game and it seems to be loading...it made me Press F12 and set monitor columns from 40 to 80 lines to work, but then it launches... then it had me press F12 and change to the B side of this game, then it loads and plays fine. HOW TO I MAKE THIS EASIER? how do I preload disk A and B on games that have two games, any other tips/screenshot examples would be deeply appreciated, thank you! -
