Hi @HotMommasCowboy

It looks like you have the bios romsets for the non-arcade stuff but no arcade roms.
Look inside your roms folder where you have these platform roms and see if you have roms such as 1944.zip, avsp.zip, mslug.zip to just name a few.

Okay if you have system folders for those systems it sounds like you have the software list games it is 54GB and the rom set should be around 60GB and should be over 34K files.

ok I have run into another issue with MAME. Some of these ROMS do not work, how do I delete them and put in a new ROM of the same title to try that one? Or really go about adding individual roms and getting art work/videos form the new roms (any system)

Not all of the games work even in a perfect set. Some games will not work if you're using a different version of mame than the version of roms. In terms of finding replacements, this is not advisable. Some games may store information in multiple zips, so you might break working games if you tamper with the set. The best way to ensure you have the best available compatibility is to use the most recent mame set with the most recent version of the emulator.

To add individual roms to launchbox, you can use the rom importer option, or simply drag the rom into launchbox which will launch the importer, ask the system, download art etc.

@wheeler I do not think either of those need a chd. Do you get a files missing error or does it just start to load than crash back to Launchbox? Do you have the correct qsound file for your mame version?

@Wheeler Look in your roms folder for qsound.zip if that is missing the games like SSF2 Turbo need that file.

The qsound file could be one issue as to why some roms are not working.
