  1. Alright, just wanted the extra information to help narrow down where in the process your image loading is failing.
  2. So no, they aren't for the same file/game entry?
  3. Are all those other Qbert logos for the same game and platform?
  4. That is the reason you are having issues. We can't create the symlinks we use on an ExFat formatted drive. What you can do as a work around is copy your \\LaunchBox\Themes\ folder to \\LaunchBox\Core\Themes\ (there shouldn't be a folder there already by that name) and then mark it as read-only. When adding more themes you will need to make sure they get added to both \\Launchbox\Themes\ as well as \\Launchbox\Core\Themes\ moving forward if using that work around though.
  5. Is the drive LaunchBox is installed on formatted NTFS or ExFat?
  6. Typically that error is caused by bad XAML in the theme you are using. The XAML parser is choking on the file and letting you know and then loads the default theme.
  7. You image is of LaunchBox executable failing to open because of .NET Core requirements, not the installer. Installer should install the .NET Core 3.1 runtime for you but if it does not you can download and install it manually from here (you want the desktop runtime in the middle of the right column). Your log indicates no fatal error so if you are seeing one could you post a screen of that error.
  8. One of the following options was checked which fires logic that verifies what media a game does or does not have and is the cause for your increased CPU usage: Force populate image cache Hide Games Missing Video Hide Games Missing Box Front Hide Games Missing Screenshot Hide Games Missing Background Hide Games Missing Clear Logo
  9. Logs indicate you are force populating your image cache. That process will use as much CPU as it can to cache all your images as quickly as possible. To see large CPU use while performing that task is to be expected. CPU use being high isn't a bad thing, it means the software is utilizing your resources to the best of it's ability.
  10. Curious if the old cache files were corrupted in some way, or Big Box was having issues reading them for some reason. When you open Big Box after the images have re-cached, do you ever have the problem again or does it go away permanently?
  11. If you sit still do they populate? Can you scroll up and see some logos, but not all? If so do they ones that weren't there reappear after a few seconds or no? Trying to see if the cache is stopping entirely or just taking longer than it should. Also could you look in \\LaunchBox\Logs\ and grab a log when you are seeing that behavior and PM it to me so I can take a look, see if there anything in there that could give us a clue as to what is going on.
  12. I would assume given what consoles you listed is that you aren't using the Platform with the same name that is in the Database and don't have your "Scrape As" properly set. We don't look at the ROM file at all during metadata/media scraping and so it's location has no effect on that process.
  13. Don't believe the installer itself requires .NET Core (though I could be wrong). Could you copy the error message you see when you try to run it? Big Box doesn't require admin ever and so if you are crashing when it is set to admin it would be worth seeing that error message as well.
  14. Yeah. I'm asking if you could manually close LaunchBox and then manually run the installer in your \\LaunchBox\Updates\ folder. Also you most definitely should not ever be running LaunchBox or Big Box as admin, nothing in either application requires it and it causes many issues when set.
  15. Not what I asked. Check the attributes on the \\LaunchBox\ folder, the \\LaunchBox\Core\ folder and the properties on the specific file your installer is failing on and is mentioned in your error message. Also make sure before running the installer that LaunchBox has been completely closed.
  16. Could I get you to clear the clear logos from that folder and tell me if it makes the situation better or worse for you?
  17. @RULLUR @Stiles Are those Clear Logo's already cached (they'd be in your \\Launchbox\Images\Cache-BB\ folder)?
  18. Not a problem @gezeebeezee glad it got sorted out.
  19. @wallmachine Could you verify your directory and that file specifically don't have readonly set for some reason?
  20. If you can't log in through their website your problems are with them not us and we can't do anything to resolve it. You will have to reach out to their support and see if you can resolve it with them.
  21. Best way would be to create an auto-gen playlist that is Platform Equals {PlatformName} and Region Equals {RegionName}
  22. Please use the Help & Support > Report a Bug link provided at the top of the web page and explain in detail your issue. We can't fix a issue we don't know exists, and can't even begin to fix something with as little details as you've provided here.
  23. This thread is is not a feature request thread. While I appreciate your desire to make known what features you feel are missing from LaunchBox or Big Box, this is not the place to do that. This thread is for those who are on the beta to confirm that the above fixes HAVE indeed been fixed for them, and to report any issues they have found with this beta release. Please take requests to our BitBucket where you can vote and comment on feature requests in a way FAR more visible to us then any comments made here.
  24. Open LaunchBox and make sure that your debug logs are turned on. Then open Big Box and go to the achievement section and wait for a few minutes. Then close Big Box. After it's closed go to \\LaunchBox\Logs\ and open the most recent file in there, maybe we are outputting an error message or something that may shed some light on what is going on. Also curious if you can go to the main options menu in Big Box and select "View Achievements Profile" and see any of the images in there or not.
  25. All of them. Perks of being one of the developers ;) I tested using 11.11 though.
