  1. Typically I've seen that when a dependency is missing or corrupt. Make sure you run the installer again and then go to command prompt and open it as administrator and type "/sfc scannow" (without quotes) and press enter, and let that tool run. Will repair any OS dependencies that could be causing an issue.
  2. Most of those playlists are Auto-Populated so it is entirely possible that if you change the games metadata it will change what playlist it appears on. For example if you change the publisher of the game to NOT be "Atari" (without quotes) the game would no longer appear in Atari Classics
  3. Do you have a use case for this field? Curious what you are trying to do that would require the field
  4. Thanks for this. Both have been confirmed and corrected for next release.
  5. Looks like what you are looking for are Theme Videos which can be grabbed from EmuMovies from inside of LaunchBox if you have EmuMovies premium account
  6. Typically this is because you don't have the correct core selected for your RetroArch emulator inside of LaunchBox. Go to Tools > Edit Emulator. Find Retroarch and press "Edit", in the window that opens navigate to "Associated Platforms" and make sure the core is the core you actually have installed in RetroArch. In regard to the "no search" comment I'm not sure really sure what you are talking about. We don't have any products that don't have search functionality.
  7. @mgtroyas Confirmed the beta error you were seeing and will be corrected in next beta release. In the meantime to do what you were attempting to do (Capcom games NOT in the CPS playlists) you would just set up the auto-pop playlist like this:
  8. @mgtroyas I'll look into it. Since this is beta feature we are discussing though could you please post any issues you find in the beta thread. Helps me keep track of beta issues and help's to not confuse those NOT on beta seeing different things then you are
  9. Unfortunately this is being caused by bug in the LaunchBox that appears to have been introduced in 11.11. I have the correction in place and it should begin working again with the release of 11.13 beta 2.
  10. Are they not imported or are they just hidden because of settings? In the bottom of your windows you should see a counter that reads something to the affect of "Displaying X of Y games..." When you go to that platform are both numbers the same or does it say something like 46 of 48?
  11. @DukeSkinny Sounds like you have one of the "Hide games missing..." settings checked that is hiding the game.
  12. Do you have those image types in any of your image priorities?
  13. Beta is publicly available for everyone to opt in and try out. Can always just grab it and look for yourself
  14. @Gimpy The correction to your reported issue in is the current beta build. Would appreciate if you can confirm in that thread if the issue has been resolved for you.
  15. @1970Novacaine @boylag Those changes made it into 11.13 beta 1 release that is now publicly available (have to turn on beta updates in LaunchBox options). Could you please let me know in the beta thread if it has been resolved for you?
  16. @mgtroyas Your requested feature is in the recently release 11.13 beta 1 build. Can leave any comments about it here:
  17. Can you tell me the file names of the 3 Pokemon Pinball roms you are importing so I can accurately test what is going on? Please do not attach the roms themselves, I just need to know what the filenames are.
  18. Hello @mgtroyas, Thanks for the suggestion. I've put a few more comparison types in LaunchBox for string fields that should be coming out in the next beta release that should help with issues like this. I'll review the types you mentioned and see what we can do.
  19. I would ask outside of this thread for more visibility.
  20. I would grab the Steam poster either through the tools inside of LaunchBox or from SteamGridDB. The image on the left is looks the the one that is from the GamesDB which is a pretty terrible image that probably shouldn't have been accepted. Steam Posters are 600x900, that image is 199x281 so not only is the aspect ratio completely wrong but because of the size (and the fact that I assume it was already scaled badly down) the image IS quite a bit more blurry than the source image. It appears to me that this is just bad source image.
  21. I believe I have found the cause of this and it will be corrected in the next beta release. Once it goes public I'll do my best to remember to ping you two so you can confirm the issue has indeed been resolved. Thanks for reporting the issue and working with us to help find the cause of it.
  22. Easiest way is as follows: 1) Close both LaunchBox and Big Box (make sure the process is not running) 2) Navigate to \\LaunchBox\Data\Playlists\ 3) Find the All playlist (typically just All.xml) 4) Delete file (or move it out of the folder if you want to save the file just in case) 5) Start LaunchBox
  23. Anyway I can get your data files I requested @1970Novacaine, without them it's mostly just guessing as to what is going on.
  24. Also could you confirm whether you have any sync software (like DropBox) running against the images folder that may be causing some issues? Could you double the images a few time and then send me a pic of the folder contents? Want to vet out what files are being created and how they are named.
  25. Thanks for the video @1970Novacaine still can't replicate but it does help show exactly the issue. Now to find out why you are seeing it and I'm not. Is there anyway you could throw your \\Launchbox\Data\ folder into a zip and PM to me? Wondering if there isn't something in your settings causing the issue.
