  1. @alexs, this happens because ScummVM is actually stored inside of the LaunchBox.exe file, and is extracted on startup. I initially did this for portability, but I will be coming back to address it soon.
  2. Ah, interesting. I think #1 is already fixed in the latest beta. Per #2, though, I'm guessing it's an image that's somehow corrupt or unrecognizable and hence the height is being calculated incorrectly and pushing the items down. It's probably a corrupt image but I should probably add some kind of maximum there so it doesn't obscure the entire view, thanks for that.
  3. Hi @JKeift, this should indeed be fixed in the latest version (5.5). Are you still experiencing slow download times? I get notified about this every once in a while, but every time I go and test it myself the download is fast, so I'm at a loss.
  4. Ah, interesting. I wonder what the proper solution for that is. There has to be a way to do that without adding a bunch of one-offs, hmm. I'll add it to my list to look into.
  5. Hi @polygonslayer, I do have a fix for that on my list. Planning on making titles that are too long auto-scroll left and right.
  6. Ugh, that's a horrible problem that I've had elsewhere as well. And it seems there's no solution in some cases. Still, I'll see what I can do when I revamp ScummVM to add all these options (it may be a bit yet though, unfortunately).
  7. Hi @drfrag, hopefully @Syriacn can chime in, but unfortunately I would expect that it only works with Kodi.
  8. Good point, @Blu_Haze, that's an excellent idea. I'll definitely add that to my list. :)
  9. Hi @Zombeaver, apologies for the late reply on this. Also apologies, I have not read the entire thread. Only the first few posts. Hit me up if there's anything else in the thread that I definitely need to read. I've added #1, #2, and #3 to my list. Per #4, I am using XInput through SharpDX (DirectX), so I'm not sure what the problem would be; that is admittedly going to be very difficult to figure out. Per #5, I don't even really know what Shark is, but if ePSXe is crashing just from using command-line parameters, there's probably not much we can do about it. LaunchBox doesn't do anything special when launching emulators other than give them command-line parameters. #6, good point. That bugs me as well. I'll add that to my list too. Added #7 as well. #8, I don't like that either, but I couldn't figure out a good solution. But lol, I think you're right, we just need to allow moving up or down whether you're in the recent/favorite lists or not. #9 is definitely a problem in some situations, no question. The issue is every emulator does this differently so it's just incredibly difficult to support it properly. I'm still up for suggestions. #10 is a good idea, added. #11, I'll look into how we might be able to streamline that stuff. Thanks for all the feedback, sorry it took me so long to respond. There's some great stuff here. :)
  10. Hey @h0gg1e, just a matter of checking the box to update to betas in the Options screen. Under updates or something like that. :)
  11. Very cool @Zombeaver, thanks for that. They look great. :)
  12. Thanks @bikeking8. Yes, the event logs might be helpful. It's worth a shot, at least. :)
  13. Yes, that is part of it. It's basically a new source of images, manuals, and videos. Unfortunately EmuMovies does require you to register in order to use it, and also requires a paid membership for the videos. But it will be a quick and painless way to get videos for the vast majority of your collection.
  14. Thanks much @alexs, looks like there's certainly a lot of options to add yet. I'll add that to the list and do my best to get to it soon. Thanks!
  15. Hi @appollo147, I still have this on my list to allow for different versions of DOSBox and ScummVM. As-is currently, it's not really possible outside of some hack-work. Hopefully I can get to that soon.
  16. Hi @bikeking8, I can assure you that's everything but normal, but I know that doesn't help here. It doesn't really make a lot of sense. I would try uninstalling/re-installing the .NET framework 4.5 to see if that helps. What version of Windows are you running?
  17. Sure, yeah. Sure seems like that should be there.
  18. Hey guys, yes, LaunchBox does take advantage of 64-bit environments. It runs on the .NET framework and is built to be optimized on both x86 and x64.
  19. Hi @bjwest, I do have something like this planned. I know right now it's a bit lacking for large lists of games. The page down/page up helps, but still takes too long in a lot of situations. I'll probably implement something like Hyperspin. :)
  20. Hi Ribbit, that's a great idea. So great, in fact, that it's already on the list. :) Hopefully I can tackle that soon. Big Box is overdue at this point. I'm in the process of adding EmuMovies integration, then hopefully I can get back to Big Box.
  21. Hi @Ribbit King, welcome. I haven't experimented much with Big Picture myself, but I found this thread: http://steamcommunity.com/groups/bigpicture/discussions/2/882960163727915929/ It might help out. It looks like you could create a batch file to run several commands to make it happen (maybe). Worth a shot. ;)
  22. @nathanddrews, that is an oversight that I never went back to add. You're right, there is currently no way to view all your games at once. I do have it on my list but I'll see if I can bump it up. :)
  23. Hi @alexs, welcome. First we'd have to figure out how to make ScummVM do that outside of LaunchBox. Do you know how?
  24. Yes, I mostly agree with @DOS76, but I can see how being able to delete ROMs from Big Box would be useful. I do plan on adding a way to delete ROM files from within LaunchBox, but will probably provide an option to turn it off completely. I may extend this to Big Box as well. :)
  25. WOAH...that makes me dizzy.
