  1. That sounds magnificent but your ISP would just throttle the shit out of you so they can gradually keep selling you faster and faster speeds (crooks)
  2. The setup files are corrupted. Please obtain a new copy of the program Same issue on another machine so I'm guessing its on your end.
  3. Will download now and report back after testing on multiple machines.
  4. Game titles and descriptions are in English. Even so it seems to be a pretty good source of data for some things you maybe struggling to find I bookmarked it in my toolbar emulator folder. It has a good PC-Engine section with images with both US and Japanese games cover being represented.
  5. I don't know if this site has an API or not and it isn't completely in English even though Google translate says it already is and won't translate anything but they had some nice images that I couldn't find good copies of eleswhere
  6. I always use MameUI for the UI part.
  7. Yeah I don't know about FBA but MAME ROMs change and then the old ones no longer work.
  8. I'm glad someone found it useful.
  9. Yeah Nathan is correct you can definitely have either load on start you just put shortcuts in your startup folder for Windows 10 open up a run box and type shell:startup and place the shortcut in there. I'm not sure if older version use the same command or not and don't have any old installs to test it on.
  10. There is a setting in Dolphin to disable this under Options go into configure and then into the interface tab untick Confirm on Stop.
  11. Definitely can't argue with that.

You are the actual developer of RocketLauncher?
  13. I've only done Famicom Disk System for Japanese Nintendo games and the results were dismal so if he has that implemented to search the NES/Famicom section of TGDB there must just not be many games on there to begin with. This is my experience with most Japanese games. Mostly if you want the images for these you have to go get them yourself. Case in point TGDB only has 355 TG16 games close to 150 of those are TurboGrafix games from the US (Almost all of the US games are in the DB) that leaves a little over 200 games that are on their but there are 68 PC-Engine CD games that start with the letter S so we are talking 200 plus out of probably close 700 games (there are over 450 CD games alone listed on EmuP) which still leaves a ton of work to do.
  14. CriticalCid the only issue with that is its the GamesDB that keeps the games like that so even if Jason added emulators in the list for the different systems the metadata would still be lacking because when you scrape the games DB for PC-Engine there wouldn't be any results.

I personally don't desire to feel that I have a polished system. I'm happy having multiple HTPC's that I can play thousands and thousands of games on but they are first and for most computers to me so I prefer navigating through everything except for the game play itself with my keyboard and mouse that's me I have no issues with that. If I had an arcade machine then yes I could see the desire to have all of that going on but that isn't my use case.
  16. That's all well and good but everyone doesn't necessarily want their TurboGrafx 16 games to display with their PC-Engine games. Personally I don't want TurboGrafx CD games to display with TG16 or my PC-Engine CD to display with the regular games it all depends on what your preference is I know my games all work with 5 different Platforms and 2 different emulators but I didn't change the platform I added them as PC-Engine, PC-Engine CD SuperGrafx, TuroboGrafx CD and then added all the box art manually I wish I would have thought of the other method first to save time and effort.

I know that Gens Plus is capable of doing so for Sega CD games and that you can do so with SSF by hitting open then loading the second disc to Daemon tools and then using close under the hardware menu. I believe that PCSX2 allows disc swapping from inside the emulator too but I've never gotten that far on a PS2 game to know how it works from LaunchBox.
  18. Games DB uses TurboGrafx 16 for all PC Engine games (I don't know why I wish they were separate catagories myself) I've never done this but I think it would be your best option import your PC-Engine games under TG16 (if you don't already have a TG16 platform added if so this won't work). Once the games run through the GamesDB I know they at least find some of the Japanese games but not close to all plus games with TG16 counterparts will probably need the covers changed to their Japanese version but at least you will have some metadata. Then you would use the bulk edit wizard and change the platform from TurboGrafx to NEC PC-Engine. As to your second question at this time anything in side of () or [] will be left out of the Title LaunchBox names the games and if you were to remove those symbols then the GDB wouldn't recognize the names of your game and you would get no metadata for those games.
  19. I've added Videos straight from the EmuMovie download tool to my video folders and no not all videos are matched but a pretty good amount are. I recently found out that the files don't have to be exactly named the same but do need to be close. Are you sure that the region in say a videos name will keep LB from recognizing it.
  20. Ok I decided to give Atari ST emulation a go tonight and downloaded STeem 3.7.2 I grabbed a TOS file and went through the setup I even grabbed the pasti .dll so I could run any STX games I ran across. Then I grabbed a ST game mega pack from a site I know but no matter what game I insert and run from drive A all I get is a white screen any one with STeem knowledge know what I might be doing wrong at this point. my next move is to try another TOS (they have a mega pack for them too) and see if changing them does me any good but if not I'm out of ideas at that point and will have to try Hatari and/or Stain Ok I grabbed a different TOS and I get something on the screen but that is the thing with ancient PC's I simply don't know how to use them I got into computers about 10 years ago at age 29 but all of my experience is with Windows (XP through 10). Ok I've gotten 1 game to Launch but the screen was all messed up so I heard it but couldn't see it. Also it seems like my screen inside of STeem keeps getting a corrupted look when I reset and other things. Ok I got a game to start and to display graphics I didn't set up any controllers so I didn't get to test anything out. Added 2 games to LB and have them launching with no issue.
  21. I would love about 10 stickers that say BigBox inside for various PC's that I have.
  22. It has been working fine for me with EmuMovies login what type of membership do you have over there? Mine is a lifetime and I don't get any problems.
  23. Yeah the only Japanese Saturn games I have are Shining Force games and I believe they are only single bin files.
  24. You misunderstood I am saying I don't have any games with more than one .bin. Actually I used a double negative that might have been confusing.
  25. I'm pretty sure I don't have any Saturn games that aren't just one .bin and one .cue. I don't know about converting them but maybe you can look around for a different file for which ever games you are having the issue with and see if it if formatted with a single .bin/.cue
