  1. Yes you can go up to the Games DB link on this site join the Games DB and start submitting the media to the DB.
  2. " This is a great theme, and if you use the nosh on this theme for bigbox, it will give it a unicorn look across both programs. " I always wanted a unicorn look?
  3. once you move everything to the laptop you would either go to Tools and find the option to change the roms folder path and just pointed to the new location or you can go into the Data folder and then the platform folder and use the find and replace feature of NP++ to change all of the paths from there if you go the data folder route make sure to create a backup of anything you edit 1st in case you make a mistake you can easily revert back.
  4. you have to have a EM account and use the password and user id from their site. If you already have an id and that isn't working then I have no clue what the issue is.
  5. dude, you're awesome, it worked, and so are the rest of you, we have to jot this down, it only works with older versions of mame at this point, thanks once again belgarath .I just wanted to chime in and say that this does work with the latest MAME 0.206 (don't want to spread false information). A few versions ago there were revisions to the neo bios file so maybe your bios rom didn't match the version of the emulator you were using but whatever the issue is its on your side not with in MAME.
  6. Neil do you work for the tourist bureau? I live in Eastern North Carolina currently but represent Gloucester City New Jersey were ever I may roam.
  7. I know there are some CHD only games (a few version of Golden Tee are CHD only) but I think that the importer will just use the data from MAME and import them also if they are considered working regardless of whether or not you have the files.
  8. try importing it again and check the box to force duplicates during the import process.
  9. Go to tools manage platform. Edit a platform go to the parent tab uncheck console and just check root you will of course have to do so for each console individually but it will give you what you want in the platform categories section.
  10. Fusion is a Sega emulator isn't it
  11. to be honest though small gaps in version like 202 to 205 shouldn't really be effecting many of your games.
  12. sounds like when its in that pairing mode it isn't recognized automatically so you will probably have to use a keyboard to manually get to the input section and set the buttons manually. You want to set it in settings input input player one binds (or the closest similar menu item as I didn't open the program for the exact wording)
  13. This is the file from the MAME software list set has all three files MAME is looking for. It can be found on PleasureDome.
  14. Okay it is from less than a year ago though so I thought you had an older version since you said you didn't think it had been updated in years.

  16. Unfortunately there isn't a better solution than manually editing them.
  17. send an email to support explain the situation and see if they will give you a download link to the last version of BB your license supports
  18. LB will look in what ever directory it was told that game is in. So if you import 15 NES games located at C:\Emulators\NES\ and 15 games from D:\Emulators\NES\ and put them in the same platform you can click on any of the games and LB will launch it
  19. Make a copy of your BB settings file then I'm pretty sure you can safely play around with it and just use that to overwrite the changes. Don't know if it will do what you want but it will at least allow you to safely experiment with it.
  20. You can actually use multiple game directories when you import but only can set one in tools. You could edit and switch between the two paths if you wanted to scan for new games.
  21. lol I doubt Nvidia would be interested in getting involved.
  22. MAME expects the SWL titles in the ROM folder in their own folders but if you edit the ini file to reflect your path you can place them anywhere
  23. If you are using Windows 10 go to settings then apps, default apps then scroll down and choose default apps by file type
