MAME is portable so you can have as many versions on your system as you like. Also Launchbox lets you add any emulator you like, you just cant give it the same name in Launchbox as a existing emulator entry.

In my case startup themes using external folders actually stop games from launching.

Clicking multiple games in succession seems to cause issues. Was just in my snes platform clicking on a few games to get the info in the game details pane, after clicking 4 or 5 different games Launchbox stopped updating the game details pane, it was just stuck on a game no matter which game was actually highlighted in the main window, then Launchbox just closed with no error. Sounds like you are using a startup theme that gets images from outside of its own folder, switching to the default for now should fix that. As for the mouse you can get that back without a reboot, press the windows button on your keyboard and start typing "change mouse pointer size" when its highlighted hit enter, then when the window opens just press left then right arrow.

Sounds like you installed the new version inside of your existing folder, so you probably now have a Launchbox/Launchbox folder.

Then you clearly didnt watch my video, i specifically went into the settings to show i was running in fulscreen. Borderless window is the middle of the options, windowed/borderless window/fulscreen.

Not true at all. As you can see in the video below i just made. Playing The Witcher 3, launched from Launchbox, i go into the options screen to show that i am running in fulscreen mode, then proceed to use the pause theme just fine. The Witcher 3 2020.07.25 - 14.55.10.01.mp4

You have just had this question answered in the other thread. Please do not multi post with the same question. Yes, videos are Premium only, and you also need a paid premium emumovies account in order to download them from within Launchbox.

You should still have them as long as you setup your controller correctly in the main Retroarch settings. Then when you load a game in the core and go to quick menu/controls it shows them there.

Can confirm this is also effecting startup themes (and im assuming also pause themes). I am using the Unified Startup and pause themes at the moment, both pull there images from the actual Unified Bigbox theme folder rather than supplying duplicate images in both these themes it just uses the existing ones from the main theme. Problem is that it doesnt just break the startup theme, but it actually stops the game from loading at all, i assume its waiting for some trigger from the startup that is not being sent, so the games dont ever launch.

Bad antivirus programs have always flagged Launchbox, dont use one.

They are set to buttons by default.

Yeah none of my steam games that i imported via the Steam import wizard are working either. I dont get a error though, just nothing happens. When double clicking one my mouse dissapears but i stay in Launchbox, the startup screen doesnt even show, but is hiding in the taskbar along with the program. I have to head into the mouse settings in order to get my cursor back in order to close the minimized startup screen. EDIT: Actually it appears to be all PC games imported via there respective wizards, so Epic, Origin, UPLAY etc.

Looks like this update broke all plugins. Cant launch Launchbox at all if you have any installed, had to move mine out just to allow Launchbox to launch.

??? Then that tells me you are running a plugin that is causing issues?
