  1. Just tried here again, as i run it most weeks, it see's my new adds, but still skips some that i have had for months, like World War Z.
  2. The MAME fullset importer does not scan your roms, it assumes you have a fullset and just adds the known working games. A FBA romset is not the same as a MAME romset, it contains less games. So using the MAME importer Launchbox will of added games to that platform that you simply do not have as they are not in the FBA romset. What do you mean 180 playlists, thats just not true, this is all the playlists Launchbox gives you the option to create automatically.
  3. Well first error was using the MAME importer for a FBA romset, you will have a ton of games in that platform that are not actually in a FBA romset now. As for playlists dont auto create them and just make your own.
  4. People who rushed to update may be having issues, there are known issues with 2004, so much so that im still not allowed to update despite me having a decent and modern system.
  5. Could just be that Launchbox isnt aware the game has exited, so you dont get a prompt. I have this all the time with XBOX Gamepass games as they are technically fullscreen windowed games and not exclusive fullscreen, Launchbox is unaware of you exiting the game. This can also happen with launchers, as it may be the launcher Launchbox see's and not the actual game.
  6. Id rather images in the database with DVD-ROM on them than no images at all.
  7. Actually, if you do that and then put the platform name in the search bar it will show just the missing for that platform.
  8. Thats correct, you can just delete the emulators you dont want, just be sure to make sure you associate the correct core with the platform in the associated platforms tab. You will need to tell the games to use the new emu as well however, you will need to do this per platform. Just click a game in a platform then CTRL A to highlite them all, CTRL E to open the bulk edit wizard, choose emulator in the dropdown, then retroarch in the second dropdown that appears, finnish out the wizard.
  9. Most themes will use fullscreen videos for the platforms list, its not artwork pulled from your collections. In Launchbox head to Tools/Download Platform/Playlist videos.
  10. What do you mean exactly? Any path to a rom folder will work, where are you trying to put that?
  11. Correct, those are premium features, so if you no longer have a premium license then you can no longer access them. Only options are to renew your license, or to return to a older version of Launchbox where your license still works.
  12. Yes, there is a checkbox in the import wizard for it.
  13. Yes, the way you have them at the moment they wont scrape as Launchbox will import 2 different games with the wrong name. Any additional info like region or disk should always bee inside of () otherwise Launchbox will assume its part of the game name, and therefore wont match to a game.
  14. Yes we do, and you are free to do so when you play games on your system. What we will not allow though is those images in our database. You have been told time and time again that we will not allow images with filters/shaders in our database. Please just do as asked, and we can stop with this pointless discussion. Images with filters/shaders should NOT be uploaded to the database, if they are, they WILL be rejected. If you continue to upload them regardless i will simply ban you from the database.
  15. This is how Asterix should look. Retroarch, no shader, no bezel. Simple.
  16. No filters/shaders applies to EVERYONE. Can you not see that this is the complete opposite of that? You are asking to be excluded from the no filter/shader rule that applies to everybody else. You want to be the only one to be allowed to upload these images, this will not happen.
  17. No. If they want images with terrible shaders on them they can make them themselves. You cannot preview images when downloading in Launchbox, so yes people would be forced into downloading your images, and then would have to manually find and delete them after.
  18. Those images using filters and shaders DO NOT represent how the game should look on its original hardware. No, not if the screenshots you provide do not look like how the actual game is supposed to look. We want screenshots of the games, warts and all, we do not want images that are touched up to look "beautiful" in your eyes. (Personally i think they look absolutely disgusting, and i dont want them anywhere near my Launchbox, but thats just my opinion). What you are trying to do here is force your own personal preference of how a game should look onto everyone who downloads from our database, and that isnt on. So once again to clarify, NO FILTERS/SHADERS IN UPLOADS TO THE DATABASE. Thank you.
  19. Its best to just use a xinput controller on windows. While other formats will work you will also run into issues like you have here. The Dual Shock 4 is obviously made to work on a PS4, not windows.
  20. Yup the core name is a dropdown when double clicked.
  21. Tools/manage emulators/retroarch/associated platforms. Launchbox wont magically know which core you want to use, you have to tell it.
  22. Wow, to a post you made eleven hours ago, i guess patience is not one of your strong suits eh? As to your question nothing to do with Launchbox really, emulators are what change discs, and will be a different process for different emulators.
  23. Either of the first two, the others are Game Boy Color, that's a separate system.
  24. Not sure what to tell ya, working just fine for me. Are you using any third party mapping software, or have steam open and using its desktop configuration? Desktop 2020.07.04 - 13.13.10.04.mp4
  25. How are you controlling fuse? Cause i just tested it here with the core set to Kempston input using my controller and i had no weird issues at all, game controlled fine, and no prompts to save screenshots when i exited.
