  1. Both of those things are handled by emulators, not Launchbox.
  2. We will need more details than that, like which emulator for a start. Also what are you using a keyboard or a controller, and have you changed any key bindings in the emulator.
  3. Yeah, this just sounds like you do not want a frontend at all. That is the whole point of a frontend, to have everything together and organised inside of one UI. Sounds like you just need to associate romfiles with the specific emulator they use so double clicking a rom will open it in the emulator of your choice. Everything you mention as negatives are actually positives for 99.9% of people and that is why they use a frontend in the first place.
  4. Yeah, this is why i am 100% convinced you have a configuration error in Launchbox somewhere, there is absolutely zero reason why it wouldnt work in Launchbox if configured correctly.
  5. Can you show a image of the associated platform tab for MAME please.
  6. OK before i even watch that video i see your platform is called MAME, do you have MAME as a associated platform for your MAME emulator entry?
  7. Yes, and if you have it in two locations do they both have the correct rom path in them.
  8. In the game edit window it says the path to your roms is Launchbox/Games/Arcade/MAME/roms is that definitely correct and matches what you have in the mame.ini?
  9. can i see the emulation tab in the game edit window?
  10. Most of the other users i have seen with issues are running old versions of MAME and we know what the issue is there its the new command-line added in the last release for Launchbox in order for the pause screens to work correctly, but thats not a issue for more recent versions, i believe 0.171 and up are fine. Can you screenshot your MAME entry in Tools/Manage emulators/MAME and also can you right click a MAME game and go to edit and screenshot that along with the emulation tab please.
  11. No you should be able to switch the view using V it should look just like your image above but with a text list rather than the clear logos. What theme is that ill take a look here?
  12. Then i am at a bit of a loss then. I am using 0.210 myself and everything is working just fine so it must be a configuration issue in Launchbox somewhere. Were you previously using a different version of the emulator in a different location so did you update the path, also you have told MAME itself where your roms are located right?
  13. Unfortunately that is not possible at the moment. It has been asked for by other users though so its a possibility in the future. The only thing i could suggest is to change that view to the text view rather than the clear logo one you have in that image, i believe the text view only shows what is there with no repeating.
  14. Do your MAME settings match mine?
  15. OK im guessing that rocketlauncher is the issue there so you are using rocketlauncher as the emulator in Launchbox and not MAME?
  16. Can you provide more information, like what version your romset is, do games load if launched directly from MAME itself? Have your games worked before and now dont, or was this the first time you imported MAME?

    Cemu on tv

The first thing i would check is that you 4K TV hasnt defaulted to 30fps, they often do, and also will if your HDMI cable is not up to spec.
  19. This is a bug in 1.7.7 and is fixed in the nightlies.
  20. Yes this is because you chose not to import clones. I would recommend re-importing your MAME full romset and allow it to import the clones, uncheck all media downloads as you have it all already, the import will only take a couple of minutes. When you have done that you can right click games and go to Edit/Additional apps and you can specify which version is launched as default, just highlight the one you want and click the "make default" button.
