I dont think you can turn that option off, you can however turn that entire screen off so when you click on a game it launches instead of showing that screen its in options/general/skip game details screen. Like this, Hope that helps.

I hope its just me, but beta 4 seems to of broken my launchbox. Just get a standard windows error "launchbox has stopped working".

Ok bare with me, but in those wii u shots from your OP you are more or less swapping colours and box art right? That "should" be doable. Again i know nothing but seems feasible to me.

Oh and just to say, i am not aware of you as i have never really used the other frontend, but @JamesBaker speaks highly of you, and he does great work. So i am sold that you are a great addition to this community if you decide to stick around with us chuklemonkeys.

Ah i see, i cant help there as i am not a theme designer. I believe @Jason Carr is currently or about to add a lot of new theme features that cid wanted. So lets tag him in here as well @CriticalCid as he will no much more than i will ever about the theme engine. Sorry i could not help more, and welcome to the launchbox community. Have fun. Actually lets also tag @Grila here as well, he has done things with themes no one else could do before.

Saying that i am not sure what you mean by "themes" themes here and themes over there mean different things. Are you talking video themes like what @JamesBaker is making or the actual bigbox themes which all look different and are designed by our talented community.

Well if you download launchbox and go to the themes folder there is a pdf that should help with themes. There are also some youtube videos. Give me a couple of minutes and i will hunt them down and post the links in here.

Yeah i only mention the Ishiruka build because it caters to older hardware than the official release does, so older hardware generally means less powerful hardware also. So newer low powered machines should also benefit.

Again i have nothing to disagree with there. I think i have onenote on my PC, i have never used it, no idea what it does either. I just uninstall or remove from start shit i dont want or use, problem solved.

I was going to suggest the same thing there, i use the ishiruka branch and get much better performance on that vs vanilla dolphin, (mmmm vanilla dolphin ) admittedly thats on a dedicated gpu but gains are gains right, so i would assume as its such a new intel chip that vulkan would be supported and you may see better performance there.

Lol, sorry. I wasn't disagreeing with you at all, just saying that i dont think the general user really cares either way. I will agree with you that Windows 10 is not a crap OS, not by any metric, in fact i would personally go as far to say that it is by far the best OS they have ever made. I personally love it.

I am in no way saying Microsoft are in any way less shady than they actually are, but i would hazard a guess that 80-90% of people running Windows 10 got it as a free upgrade and haven't paid a penny for it. So i can sort of understand why they would like to get some sort of cash coming in from it after people install it. Doesn't make anything that they are doing right either mind, i would suggest that the people on a forum like this are power users and want total control over there system (i know i do) but for the vast majority of users its probably a non issue. I know for a fact my Mum is on the Creators update now on her laptop, and she couldn't give a toss about any of that stuff. Windows 10 works great on her laptop and that is all she cares about.

Hi again, good to hear that you have videos all working now. Yes that is the correct location to place platform clearlogos, for that theme only though. If you want to use those clear logos on other themes as well you will have to copy them to the new theme as well. Yes that all seems correct though, they are in the correct location, you must also make sure they are named "EXACTLY" the same as your platforms, case sensitive as well. then you go to bigbox options/imagecache/refresh platform wheels and that should work. Hope that helps.
