  1. That info you see when you press the home button Is an app that comes with Windows, I think it's called xbox bar o something like that (I don't remember and besides my Windows Is in spanish so the mame will be diferent from yours maybe), try to find it and disable the home button function there, you should then be able to use it. In my case I could map it in Launchbox and retroarch but not in Bigbox for some reason. Once you regain the use of the home button you can uninstall that app if you want.
  2. Yesterday I made a mass metadata update for a part of my collection, I selected the option to replace existing metadata because I wanted all the new data that has been corrected in the database the last couple of years by the community. The problem is that, when the title changes, all the media I had now doesn't match with the new title so all those games end up without media associated. I know where the files are and how to edit a game to drag and drop the files, but they are too many games. I know that when I manually edit a single game and I change the title all the media is automatically renamed but, there is a way to mass update the metadata and that the media files get renamed to the new title? Or at least to update all the metadata but no the title? Thank you

  4. Here Is explained how overrides work. I didn't try it myself but it's well explained I think https://docs.libretro.com/guides/overrides/
  5. Sorry I didn't answer before, I did made the exit ahk work with my script but I don't remember how because now I'm using @freeflyer454 script now, it does works better than mine.
  6. Hi, did you checked the switch under the controller? the one that selects direct input or xinput? Maybe Is a dumb answer but sometimes my son changes it without me knowing and left me puzzled when the xontroller starts behaving strange.
  7. Ohhh, great!, I didn't even tested the new tool in fear of losing something, my backup drive died and don't have a full LB backup as I like to have.
  8. @Jason Carr, maybe it would be a nice option to have that the process would move the media somewhere instead of deleting it, so we hace the chance to check them and manually delete them afterwards.
  9. https://docs.libretro.com/library/flycast/ rar It's not supported, only zip AND chd.
  10. Hi, I use the program Bulk Rename Utility. It has a ton of options.
  11. Hi, I have a question I couldn't find answered. Under what category should a magazine cover picture be? I mean for those games that came in a cassete or diskette on a magazine. There are many of those in,for example, commodore 64. I've seen that ussually magazine covers are in "box - front" but I don't know if there is were they should be. Thank you
  12. What I would do is to connect a Button with a cable directly to the power pins in the motherboard if it's a desktop computer, no need to Solder, the connector should be Easy yo find. That why the power button can be wherever you want in the exterior of the cabinet, it can be whatever button you want, not a switch tough, just a button that closes the corcuit when you press it only. At work I connected a simple dorbell switch to a computer to power on it because the PC was out out of reach.
  13. Hi, the user freeflyer454 made another excelent launcher with better functionality, check that one, maybe works better for you, anyways remember that you must allways import your entire collection on Phoenix first, otherwise it won't recognize the ROM you're trying to launch.
  14. Great! I will add that to the original files as soon as I reassemble my PC. Thank you!
  15. All the roms info it's on a XML with the name of the system, I think it's on the data/platforms folder, the existence of the plaform itself it's on abnother couple of xmls, maybe the easier way would be to create the platform and configure it's emular vía the GUI in the destination lb install, and then copy the roms, media and the XML, I think then LB should pick it up
  16. I think that question refers to files under "Aditional Apps".
  17. They are clean, but since the script it's made with Autoit, antivirus tend to detect it as a virus, you would need to add an exception to the antivirus or, if you have any doubts just download the file with the source only and compile it yourself, It's easy, just download and install Autoit and then right click in the source an compile the .au3 file with it (right click in explorer and you will see the options after you install autoit).
  18. Oh, they don't need to be in the cartridge folder of Phoenix, If you have them all in F:/Launcbhox/Games/Jaguar you could clear them all from Phoenix and add them again from that location.
  19. I see that in phoenix.config Attack of the Mutant Penguins has a diferent path than the rest, "f:/Launchbox/Games" instead of "f:/Launcbhox/emulators/ph28jag-win64/Jaguar/CARTRIDGE" although I saw that first path matches with the one in LB in one of your earlier screenshots, the question is where actually is the romy. As for the virus message and the one indicating that the emulator couldn't be found maybe your antivirus deleted RomLauncherPhoenix.exe.
  20. Hi @RandyMackDaddy, I tested all my games and all of them launch, I was hoping some of them won't and I could find a clue of what could be wrong but no. What paths do you have in the phoenix.config for the roms? To find the right spot in the file first search for "<Library>" then "<Platform-Jaguar>" and you should have some lines like this: What do you have in yours for the games that don't work?
