Translating LaunchBox

Hi, i translated this sentence: "Please wait while metadata is refreshed from the LaunchBox Games Database..." but as you see, in French it takes longer and the box does not adjust not automatically in height. Do I reduce my translation or do you set the height?

Same thing with: "Please wait while the next version of LaunchBox is downloaded..."

Sorry for the late reply. Ideally we would change the dialog to fit bigger text, but we won't be able to do that for this release. So if there's a way to make the text fit, that would be best for now.

Could you perhaps just use "Patientez" instead of "Veuillez patienter" and for "à partir de" you could use "avec".

Yes, but the sentence will still be on 2 lines. Maybe i can fit on a single line, but my suggestion is to set the height dynamically. This could also happen on other language. So that's my question, do you fix the code or i shrink the sentence?

Yes, eventually we can do that. We have a big long list we need to tackle first though.

I've reduced the sentences so it will fit on one line. I've also translated the new English text.

I have a doubt. Whenever a release was announced, we had time to send the translation, a final beta came out, where we could correct or change something and then you published the official one, correct?

In version 13.9 this didn't happen and some translations were left out . We, translators, have been following this plan for years. Was it an exception or will it always be this way from now on?
