    I guess if you could get a users to send you their XML files for the platforms and you put them in your Data\Platforms folder when you next opened LB it would show the games they have in the XML then you would just have to download the media. I don't think there is any sensitive data in the xml files but if anyone is interested in doing so please check 1st.

    I only keep my ROMs on the network all my instances of LB and all emulators are local to the specific machine. I don't sync either since due to hardware differences I find I'd rather do individual setup of them. There are those that sync LB between different machines but off the top of my head I can't recall what they are using.

    yeah that seems like way to many games missing for it to be an additional app thing

    PayPal is closed minded and they equate LB to piracy and won't allow it to use the service.

    yes just go into the cores folder in RetroArch delete the core file then open RA with no game loaded go to online updater and download the core again

    Never seen it not be able to fix the issue try opening an admin level command prompt and type in sfc/ scannow and see if the System File Checker Finds and corruption with your Windows install

    The platform name matching the associated platform name is important in all emulators not just RetroArch.

    Usually there isn't another poll until all the items that made the cut from the last one are implemented so I'm guessing its still going to be some time still.

    Yes I'm pretty sure that your decision to choose World is the reason you are seeing those results. Try running the importer again with the correct options and see if it changes if not delete the games from LB and reimport. All the media you downloaded for the games should still be there so during the import adjust the media portion not to download media again.

    Sorry about that I would guess that neither of us noticed that this was under the Android heading and we simply gave you advice for the PC version please disregard our suggestions.

    Also you will probably have to edit the image folders name to the new name also.

    While it may not look exactly like that when you edit a game in LB all the fields are exactly the same with nothing added nor taken away. As you can see by my image

    What do you have on this network drive that is related to LB? I use a Windows Server but the only thing that it host related to LB is the ROMs them selves and I never get that error even if my server is turned off the only issue I will have is that it will say ROMs are missing if I try to launch while the server is off.

    MAME from the UI only works with the software list games which in this case would be a CHD but if you are using the command line like you would be through LB then MAME is capable of playing non official format not from the software lists.

    you can 1 delete the settings xml and open the program it will create another (you will have to change any settings that you had previously edited) 2 retrieve a backup from the backup folder rename it settings.xml and replace the corrupt file in the data folder.

    I've never played a 3DO game far enough to have to worry about changing discs

    Any disc swapping will be handled by the emulator not by LB at all and no it will not be automated.
