  1. That happens to me all the time in RA regardless of the system I am on I just thought it happened it usually doesn't really effect my game play but that message about the controllers is constantly displayed across multiple computers for me.
  2. I have an 8 button layout but two additional buttons above the joystick for coin and start plus then 4 additional buttons along the front for exiting emulators and other functionality.
  3. @Zombeaverdo you have any experience with this.
  4. Hey @mvisualschanging that in the manage emulators will only change it for newly imported games to change for the games already imported select all your NES games using ctrl+a then right click and choose edit this will open the bulk edit wizard from the drop down menus choose emulator and then choose the emulator you want to change it to and it should fix everything.
  5. Ok 1st off your bios files need to be placed in your systems folder instead of the state folder. Can you get RetroArch to load the Saturn games outside of LB? That should always be where you start this way you know if RA is your problem before you start investigating LB.
  6. Yeah it is just a LED controller program that lights up the buttons based on system and game configs I believe I've never used it personally.
  7. I bought these they use zero delay encoders which show up as a joystick and not a keyboard they aren't compatible with LEDBlinky so if you were planning on using it they wouldn't be for you.
  8. Saturn has two cores in RA one Is a Yabuse core the other is the Mednafen Saturn core the Mednafen core is the one recommended.
  9. For Saturn either the RA Saturn core or Mednafen are recommended just for the fact you don't need any 3rd party software to run it. Daemon Tools on Windows 10 has been nothing but a nightmare for me.
  10. I see from your screen shot you have Sammy Atomiswave as your platform in the settings just to be sure that matches you platform name exactly in the left platform list in LB if those to names don't match it quickly breaks things.
  11. I don't have any game specific folders in Demul just the chd's in the folder with the zips and they work I think MAME uses the folder thing but it isn't necessary in Demul.
  12. What file format are you roms in if it isn't .zip that could be the issue as that what the code in the .bat specifies.
  13. Are your roms on a network computer for some reason it only works when ran locally
  14. I think intellivison has multiple bios files that are needed.
  15. Ok I believe Demul does run .dat files but I don't have any experience on how to do that..Do you have a full MAME set that is fairly recent? If so you can check out my .bat file from the download section on the forum if you place the .bats in your MAME ROMs directory and run them and it will create a folder with copies of all the Naomi, Sammy Atomiswave, Hikaru, Gaelco and Cave games along with a bios folder just move the copied folders into Demul and point Demul to them in the settings and they will all work except Cave there is a bios file missing I think if I point the program to my MAME ROMs also then the Cave games run so I'm missing something and haven't bothered to track it down yet. There are a ton of posts where I have screen shots of the Demul command lines in them if you can't find them let me know and I'll post them again.
  16. Okay I didn't know it was even compatible I just use MAME stand alone for all MESS stuff.
  17. quick question to OP does Intellivision work using the O2EM core?
  18. That Pentium would easily push anything 16bit where all my suggestion were overpriced and overkill if that is all you want to do with it. I just like them for the form factor.

Sorry for the confusion we thought you were trying to emulate Playstation games through MAME/MESS. I've never heard of that derivative of MAME before. Shows what I know.
  20. 2 true on that I'm using an Asus EEEBox 1021E which is like a mini desktop but it isn't powerful enough really I've been looking at these I7 I5 or this i3 the i3 is the best price naturally which may be the deciding factor but that i7 is so nice and with the 512GB SSD and the 16GB of RAM it is worth the extra money. Damn I can't afford one but want one and don't want the i3 because I'll always wish I got the i7

Okay I switched it to psu -cdrom and now it is working through LB it seems to be running pretty fine.

I don't know I'm unsure on how to load the games from MAMEUI for the software list I have the manufacturer showing and go to sony but it only shows the bios I don't see the option to launch the games from there.

It may need psu to run US games I'm unsure psx is the cpp for all three regions but then there is psu psj and psa also I'm unsure how MAME handles that

I have it launching on its own but not through LB and only the bios it throws the red know issues not 100 video and sound nag screen so I don't think it is ready for prime time I'm using MAMEUI
