Yes it is strange did you try my suggestion it was only a theory that it would populate the platform metadata.

Yeah if you do what I suggested I think that it will fill in that info again for MegaDrive as I believe that is the process where the info is populated from in the 1st place during the initial import.

LBGDB doesn't host any videos to be able to get videos you also have to have a membership at emumovies and to not be limited to how much bandwidth you can use you have to be a paid member there or you can get there lower quality stuff there for free but with daily download limits.

Go to manage platforms under tools and select Mega CD look for where it says scrape as and put in Sega CD then go out highlight all your mega cd games and go up to tools select download metadata and images wizard during the wizard if you don't want to get any new images or anything like that then choose none on both the LB and EmuMovies download options page also choose the option not to replace anything already there that may get you new metadata for the system.

Basically if you already had the correct media for the MegaCD stuff in your Sega CD folder go into your LB folder and one by one go to images, manuals and videos find the Sega CD folder and rename it Sega MegaCD and you should be all good. For the Genesis Mega Drive switch it would entail the same process.

So it would be like Platform sorting correct. For example if I wanted to sort Super Nintendo Entertainment System with my Nintendo platforms I would sort it as Nintendo Super Nintendo Entertainment System but it will still display as Super Nintendo just be sorted with the other Nintendo platforms. I definitely like that idea.

I've been running beta since April 2015 and while once in a while problems occur I've never come across one that has made LB totally unusable for me I suggest trying the beta out but make a copy of your Data folder before you do so this way if some thing goes wrong you just replace your DATA folder with the one you saved before the changes and it will revert back to then.

Pretty cool people have been requesting this forever and it has been a firm maybe someday in the future. Good to see someone making their own tools to make this happen any chance on adding api's like Comic Vine or what ever one Calibre uses to scrape for books. I would love to import my comics and books into their own instance of LB.

Dr. Strange was awesome lot of cool looking psychedelic stuff happening in there. The last thing I saw at the movies before that was TMNT. I'm more of a TV binge watcher these days then a movie guy they can tell much more complex stories with greater character development in a 13 episode TV season then you could ever hope to have in a tow hour movie.

Okay 1st off if you are using Demul for Dreamcast you will have to make a secondary emulator entry for Demul as the Dreamcast and the Arcade boards need different checkbox settings under manage emulators so if you set up one correctly it will break the other. To do this you do not need a separate copy of Demul you only need the emulator on your drive one time you just need to point LB to it twice with a different name the second time I prefer Demul[Arcade] but you can name it anything you want. Demul is a multiple arcade board and Dreamcast emulator my bat files will extract the roms which are all in the MAME rom set but are totally unworking there and copy them to a folder it really isn't that confusing but you take your time dealing with MAME.

If its there but not working then I have no clue why its saying it isn't.

Actually it is an older version of Demul so it is probably looking for an older version of the ROM. I just use the latest version personally.

There is an issue with your ROM it may be an older version but it is missing files.

@ALIEI downloaded some batch files also that will copy the entire games list for Demul from your MAME ROM set if you are looking to expand your Arcade experience outside of MAME

run the Hikaru full screen app as an additional app it works for both.

I don't believe LS is in a working state at the moment so if you want to use it you will still have to wait.

60 seconds to load on lower end hardware sounds about right I takes upward of 30 seconds to load on my best PC and around there on any of my Atoms

In the one example where you had C:\LaunchBox\Programs files I think if I remember correctly that there is an issue with keeping LB in your Programs file folder.

From @lordmonkuspost I would say it does because MAMEUI has those features
