why do you need an AHK scrpt for MAME any way you can go into MAME's setting and set up combo presses by hitting enter and the two buttons on your controller at the same time go to exit and hit enter then press your 2 buttons and you should be good to go. Actually re-reading your post I see that you are looking to do more than exit out of games so I see why you may need the script

@InfinityFoxif you already have a full MAME set you can just add that to your MESS ROM path and you will never need to get any bios files for MESS systems they will all be available. You would probably have to turn off the extract rom checkbox though or the MAME bios files might not work.

What you did is the instructions I have it running on 2 different setups and that was all that I had to do to get it working. Not sure why you are having an issue have you tried refreshing your image cache or restarting BB.

Marquee support was implemented in the last version it is already included in BigBox though Jason made his own solution and didn't go with HyperMarquee.

I just added the games to LB and then set them up to use MAME/MESS I went to the emulator settings for MAME and put in channelf -cart and they launch no problem did you add that command to MESS under the Associated Platforms tab. For the Associated Platform make sure that the name matches the name that you gave the platform in LB.

SegaModel3 Rom Extractor View File This is a .bat file that will copy all of the needed ROMs from your MAME folder. To use just place the .bat in your MAME ROMs folder and run the program can't be done from a network location has to be done on the actual computer where the directory is located. A few games won't copy as the names have changed and SuperModel doesn't play the new ROMs that aren't named correctly and renaming them to the correct name doesn't make a difference either. They are mostly deluxe versions of games and Scud Racing Plus. Their or is a version of the games in working order . VF3 wouldn't launch with the ROM from the 178 version of MAME so I went back to the one I had originally everything else is working with the newer MAME ROMs I was using r488 of SuperModel but that was crashing all of the Virtua Fighter games after updating to r495 from emu.cr those games are no longer crashing. I use MAME now as I had issues with ColEm and how it handled full screen and the fact there was no way to call up the number interface which was a hassle on my tablets. I've been hearing good things about BizHawk but have never used it personally. I have never been able to get Coleco to run in RA under the BlueMSX core myself don't know what the deal is with that.

I don't have to do that to run mine can you send a screen shot of your associated platform tab and also the tab that you start in when you go into manage emulator. The fact it is showing the Naomi games list makes me think something is wrong and it is passing the naomi parameters

Did you get the ROMs from your MAME set.

everything from the Naomi GD and Namoi 2 GD list requires the .chd

If you are using the latest version of Demul it is looking for fairly newer ROMs I'm not sure exactly which set but I recently had to get almost all new ROMs as my set had completely stopped working for most games (I noticed in Demul they changed the names of a few of the ROMs

Okay that makes sense your exe would be the beta it just wouldn't recieve new betas because your settings would have reverted so you would need to save all the loose files in the root folder also then to revert

I'm confused by this the Data folder is basically your LB XML now correct (in a generalized way of thinking) so now if you mess up anything while playing around you delete your data folder and paste your copy in and LB is the same way it was before you made any changes. That is why I suggested this before he joined the beta its a simple way to switch back.

Really it depends upon how you set it up if you used the recommended method and put your games into the LB file structure then you are good to go. If you kept you original file structure and didn't move your games during import than no it won't just be portable. This can easily be fixed using Notepad++ though you will just have to open ever platform xml that you have and bulk edit the paths to the game to have the new drive letter instead. If you need to do this I can explain in much more detail

I had LB premium before it even supported videos so I don't know if you can use them when you aren't a premium member I don't think you can but I'm not positive.

Yeah for Naomi there are a few different types but they are playable as one or you can go OCD and separate them out like I do.

For the Arcade stuff it only takes one emulator entry to handle all of the platforms. just set it up like the pictures above.

You can there are some free sources but none that are integrated with LB.
