If it is the F710 what version of Windows do you have I believe if it is 8, 8.1 or 10 you will need to open device manager once there you will see you gamepad listed under other and it won't have any drivers installed right click on the device then choose update drivers then choose browse my computer for driver software after select let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer. Pick XBox 360 peripherals and pick the driver with the newest date. Ignore the error messages as they warn you of using the drivers on the device but it works great despite their warning.

Have you tried updating your video cards drivers your machine shouldn't have an issues I have an i5 3330 that runs BigBox butter smooth with a 950. I run BigBox pretty smoothly on a tablet with an Atom with 1GB of RAM actually but only with very limited media resources no videos and only front box art so you really shouldn't have to turn down any of the settings. What OS are you using?

Yeah your hardware shouldn't be having any problems with BigBox. Do you use the beta as of yesterday 6.10 beta 3 is out which has much improved performance from what I've read.

There is a setting to turn off the games details in the options under general just check that and then you will never see the game details again.

I agree and I'm also not innocent of taking software and media when I want it so I'm guilty of the same crime many times over but at least show some F*ck!n6 intelligence and use a different user name. I also know that if I lived in a region where it was difficult to pay for something that I wanted but it could easily be attained for free I wouldn't hesitate to take advantage of it

They already bought the code @Zombeaver already called out one of the users on the forum for the shared license. Both the users @StuDentBR @Prags and another user @Mingmong24 who seems to no longer be a user on the forum are a few of the people that were involved who then didn't bother to even use different user names here.

Damn you guys are cracking this thing wide open and getting it to do all types of stuff that no one could figure out before. Kudos on all of the work paying off.

Yeah I'm pretty sure deleting the games will work and also the platform. I know that doing the games doesn't delete any of your images or data but I don't know if that is the case with deleting the platform.

Yeah that will work if you have the option to allow LB to delete your ROMs turned on I believe you will be prompted so you shouldn't have to worry about that (I personally don't allow LB to manage my directories so its a non issue for me). I suggest backing up 1st in case you aren't satisfied with the results.

@CharcoI suggest deleting the games from LB and reimporting them if you checked the box to not include clones and still got them that is something I've never had happen or heard of happening so I suggest trying it again and seeing if you get better results if not then possibly there is a new bug with the MAME importer that no one is aware of yet.

@sansaif you purchased your license before the restructuring of the payments then you should be grandfathered in and your license should be good until the universe dies from inevitable heat death.

Yeah I sometime have to wait from going from the menu back to the platform wheel especially after making changes but pressing the button a whole bunch of times doesn't work as well as patients in my experience.

@Tony you can easily add an exe as a game and launch it from with in LB. To do so just click add in the bottom right corner and when the edit window opens just point it to the correct .exe, give it a platform name I call mine applications and I use it to open Plex, SlingPlayer and Freda+ giving me the ability to enjoy my media server, watch television or read books all from within LB. Your suggestion for the alt media types has been suggested many times by different people but the answer is usually that it is a possibility for the future but at the moment all of the focus is on gaming.

I mean some of them have come across sounding frustrated about issues that aren't being resolved and that could mean at one point they could lose patients and stop contributing their time.

I suggested trying to see what it runs and what it doesn't run on it you really have nothing to lose its not like your laptop will self destruct it will just be slow and laggy and then mess with the settings and see what you can come up with you may be surprised but definitely limit your expectations to what the others have suggested and if you get better than that then its a win.

The mods of the DB have been posting about issues the DB needs some work invested into it before we need even more moderators than we currently need.
