  1. @GreenGriffonin the future link the ticket in your post it helps give lazy users access to voting.
  2. Okay so in LaunchBox you need Platform=Arcade Emulator=MAME and in Rocket Launcher you need the system to be called MAME. So import the games and use Arcade and MAME then when it is finished switch the emulator from MAME to Rocket Launcher and change the platform name from Arcade to MAME and then every thing should import correctly and then work in Rocket Launcher.
  3. Huh in Rocket Launcher or LaunchBox in LaunchBox you can name your platform anything you want you just type it in instead of using the drop down. @Jason Carrcould you possible add MAME as a Platform just to add ease of use for Rocket Launcher users if you were to add that I think it would fix a bunch of these question in the future
  4. Yeah see that is why I avoid Rocket Launcher like the plaque to get around these issue you could make MAME the emulator during import and then immediately edit the emulator of all the games to Rocket Launcher. If you use MAME as a platform and MAME as an emulator what results do you get.
  5. Your bios should not be getting added with MAME what did you name your platform while importing Arcade games there should be an extra few forms with checkbox options the option to not import bios files should br checked by default. Finding and removing your Bios files from the ROM set manually would be a pain in the ass and if you ever got a new set and ran the importer again for the new games the bios files would all be readded so that is not a feasible way of dealing with this is in any long term matter. The good thing is there should be no issue. I suggest you delete your games from LB reimport them name the Platform Arcade or give it a custom name and scrape as Arcade when you make MAME the emulator it should ensure that you see the extra form with the MAME specific data on them.

    Built in Jukebox

I downloaded DWJukebox and have to say I'm not at all impressed its made for XP and DOS (but not this DOS) and even using it it just seems like an old abandoned piece of software. If this is the only option available that is a shame.
  7. Duh McFly The tedium of speaking with you is maddening Come on now use your words No Comprende I was under the impression you wished to play "I can't understand you" Clayton Biggsby from the Dave Chapelle show in the hilarious skit where he portrays a blind black leader of the KKK who is ignorant to his own origins when he tells you why he divorces his wife at the end of the skit you will laugh your ass off. "I'm sorry! I can't hear ya! Don't fire the gun while you're talking! " Frank Drebin the Naked Gun
  8. If you go into the shader folders and grab the presets you like you can copy them outside of the folders in bulk or individually instead of using the save part in the UI for the shaders.
  9. I didn't mean in LB I meant in your pipe son
  10. Yo I definitely think you already use crack and perhaps quite frequently. As to your handicap when you are on line bro no knows you are handicapped so don't act like people treat you bad online because of that probably if you didn't tell them you were handicapped no one would no so if you feel treated differently why the hell would you reveal that about yourself unless you felt like you could cash in and take advantage of the fact.
  11. Malfunction. Need Input. from the movie Short Circuit Should I ask Cortona to find you a speech therapist
  12. None that I ever saw I had to piece together how it worked off of many different sources. It still sucks and DT and Windows 10 don't get along so I haven't used it and RetroArch is going to ensure that I never have to again.
  13. I like to use CDDisplayEX as my PDF reader it also is a .cbr and .cbz comic book reader. Unfortunately there is no controller support and dev hasn't replied to my request despite the thread having over 450 views in the last two months. There is a checkbox in the installer that needs to be checked to not install some crapware the dev foolishly decided to bundle with the application but it is totally safe despite that.
  14. I keep getting this error message whenever I add a new game does it have to do with my games details pain it closes and keeps running so not that big of deal but thought I should report it in.
  15. The date time screen is standard for RA Saturn core the 1st time you start a game after that it should go into the game if you are getting stuck there I don't know what the issue is.
  16. This looks really cool I have CD32 working on one PC but it was a pain and I never got much further with it this sounds promising to get all your amiga games running I'll have to do some more research as I don't know anything about FSUAE or really Amiga at all. Thanks for sharing though.
  17. You can not change it on your own it doesn't corrupt it it just renders it useless and when you start LB it will show up as an unlicensed copy of LB. Jason has helped other users for various reason on changing peoples names so hold tight and he will let you know if he can help you out .
  18. I don't know what the deal is I couldn't find anything listing minimum requirements. I think my limitation is graphics but I'm stuck with this laptop. Is the E6400 a desktop if so a new GPU might fix your issue and a RAM upgrade will never hurt. What I did was set it up to run Steam and now I just stream my version of BigBox from my i7 4770K to my old laptop so I never looked back into it.
  19. It definitely would run good with an external 4TB drive especially if you get a board that supports USB3.0. I'm a total Asus fanboy (except their tech support that is terrible) so if you are just looking to get something small and very portable this right here is nice with discrete NVIDIA graphics built in. Damn if I needed another PC that would be the one I would get. I actually want one now.
  20. This is one game that I believe doesn't work in Mednafen Saturn core. Mine doesn't report any errors but it just loads black screen after exiting the date time screen.
  21. @GreekMagicwelcome to the community. I commend you on reconsidering buying that RPi2 and deciding to buy a PC instead. Ok for the arcade setup I'll leave that to people more knowledgeable than myself. As to the Windows side of things are you doing a traditional desktop build an Arcade cab or a HTPC setup? I have two fairly small mini ITX builds using this case it allows for a full size graphics card has USB 3.0 front ports and has room for multiple drives using some cool mounting stuff that comes with the case. I put an Asus Z170I mobo in it with an Intel i5 6500, 16GB of DDR4 RAM and a Nvidia GeForce GTX 750TI and it is a very nice HTPC in my kitchen. This build isn't all that expensive but you could probably get an older i5 and it will do pretty much the same thing my 3330 plays Cemu and all the other emulators I throw at it but if you are building a new PC why buy old parts. One con is the size of the case limits the board and the boards of this size while nice won't have as many add on slots and features as a full sized board would but if you want a small case you live with it. There are many more small PC's out there but the smaller you get the more limited your graphics options become. That said LB is an absolute beast and I run it on every thing from current gen processors to core 2 duos from 07. From Desktops with 16GB of RAM to tablets with 1GB of RAM (you must turn off the RAM cache for this to work on the 1GB) so it will work on everything but hardware will limit your performance somewhat and which emulators that you can use at a workable rate will also be reflected by your hardware specs.
  22. I hope no one thinks I have hate for Rocket Launcher either it is more like indifference. I was on the live stream yesterday and while I don't have a log of everyone's posts or anything I don't recall any one saying I hate Rocket Launcher. I said I wasn't interested in having it bundled into LB and many of the guys on there that are faithful users of RL agreed that it shouldn't be bundled into LB which is pretty much what the discussion was about and why it was brought up in the 1st place.
  23. I've taken the time to learn some of it and have it launching almost all of my systems on one of my PC but the systems already work without it and I'm not really impressed with the fade screens., To me it is a level of complexity that doesn't add as much to your setup as it takes to play around with. I also didn't like that it overrode some of my RA settings and change how it displayed ie RA is set to display in 16:9 with no black bars while it did display it in a widescreen mode RL had black bars on the sides and then switching it back to RA it would display how I have the emulator setup so I haven't touched it in a few weeks and seriously doubt I will ever go back.
  24. If you are using .bin files try using the .cuie file that is how all of my games work.
  25. Oh it sounds like you copied your games into LB. Sorry I don't have any experience with that and personally don't recommend doing so but if you are going to do so for disc based games just copy them into LB folder yourself and import them from there so all your files are present already.
