    yeah I was just about to say that actually in LB I don't see the bios screen but if I launch from the app and choose fullboot it shows.

    Yeah even if at one point something server/client was to evolve I would think that the emulators settings would always need to be local on the specific machine and just the games and media would be on the server side with the cache still needing to be on the local machine also to give it quick access to the media but the program going in that direction is a pipe dream at best.

    Currently that is out of the scope of the program as it is supposed to be used on just one device and not have a server/client module with a centralized setup that can then be used on multiple devices. I'm not saying it wouldn't be cool if it at one point its was to switch to something like that though.

    you should have just right clicked the GC platform that was in the root went to edit then went to the parent tab and removed the check box from the root instead of deleting it but hopefully Jason can get those issues worked out so it doesn't happen at all.

    First off the emulators settings for all platforms on the forums is seriously outdated and I wouldn't take that as any kind of definitive guide for what types of files emulators support here in 2018. PBP definitely works for PSX emulators but I'm not sure if ePSXe supports it I want to say it does but I'm not 100 on that. I know for a fact they work in RetroArch under the Mednafen cores.

    Just thought I'd play around with LaunchBox and use it in a way that is wasn't intended. This took me over a month and a half of work tidying up my collection, creating covers with Comic Utility Belt and finally importing everything into Launchbox (as I added more and more platforms LaunchBox started taking more time to import them) In total its 38,663 comics in 3,572 platforms. The video is not what I wanted it to be as I envisioned it with captions that explained things but that just wasn't in my skill set so you got this shitty video instead. The platform category Cross-Over Events is made of all playlist and the reading orders were obtained from a website Comic Book Reading Order

    If you are using MAMEUI have you made sure that your MAME.ini file is in the root folder and not inside of the ini folder for some reason in MAMEUI it doesn't work if the ini isn't in the root.

    go to one of the games in question right click on it and go to edit in the edit form go to the other tab down at the bottom you will see the sort title.

    Does it work without Reshade?

    If you are using windows 10 try right clicking the Demul.exe file going into the properties and disable full screen optimization in the compatibility tab. See if that helps.

    Since it all works fine outside of LB I don't think the video settings will be the issue but I guess it couldn't hurt to play with them.

    no 50 dollars is a lifetime license as it gets you updates for lifetime. 20 is a year of updates but the application should work forever going forward contingent that you don't update it anymore. If LB didn't update then this wouldn't be a problem and if you were patient and didn't start accusing people of ripping you off then it would have been amicably settled by Jason as he isn't trying to rip any one off. Let me ask you do you think you are the only person who has bought the 20 dollar license if this was a common practice don't you think the forums or the internet would be full of people complaining of the same thing because that isn't the case.

    Okay like I said already the program isn't supposed to update after the license is up if it did then that is unintentional. I already told you how to fix the problem that should pretty much be all there is to it.

    I don't think it is supposed to auto update if your subscription runs out. In your update folder you will fine old installers if you know which one is from the last version you have a license for you can reinstall that right over your current install without changing any of your settings. 1st you should go into the options and turn off the auto update feature if it is turned on and then revert back to your old install.

    ah your BB should still work you just shouldn't be able to update. If for some reason it isn't working you should come and state that before you just come out of no where accusing people of things that aren't true.

    Can you send us some images of your emulator form in LB we need the general tab and the associated platform tab. To get to it go to tools manage emulators double click on your MAME entry and it should open right up.

    That should work then. Don't know what the performance will be like but should work.
