  1. To be perfectly honest it is impossible for us to say if your setup would be 100% portable without some reconfiguring on the other end. In theory it could be but it all depends on your emulators and paths and how it is all setup and if there are hard paths or relative paths for the emulators and Rocket Launcher.
  2. Are your bios correct ? Are they named correctly and have the correct checksums ? https://docs.libretro.com/library/beetle_saturn/#bios Here are the supported file types: supported_extensions = "cue|toc|m3u|ccd|chd"
  3. Applying HLSL is very simple, instructions for it are on my HLSL ini download. It's subjective but I prefer HLSL and how much more customization it has.
  4. None of the games on my NoFiller sets require any CHDs, there are a couple of games that do have CHD versions such as Street Fighter III but the one in my NoFiller is the No-CD version.
  5. Yeah, shit is subjective, I made the lists based on community feedback. There are games on there that I personally would never have put on there but people would have a fit if I didn't include such as Mortal Kombat and there are probably games missing from it that should be on there. I also made the lists and spreadsheets to that people could easily modify it to their liking.
  6. Just downloaded it a tested it out and the game loads and plays fine. So you either have a bad disk image or maybe something setup wrong in your emulator causing it not to work.
  7. Maybe there is something in my ini file that I changed that made not like other peoples computers, lol.
  8. Glad you got it sorted. A7800 is awesome and is the best 7800 emulator to use if you wanna dive into the homebrew scene for it which many of the good ones require the XM addon to improve the games.
  9. No idea if this will work but try something like this: #NoEnv Sleep, 10000 SetKeyDelay, -1, 110 Send {Enter} Return It's just a modified script used to send F11 to Higan to switch it to fullscreen. If it doesn't work I am sure someone much more knowledgeable with AHK scripts than myself will have an answer for you that works.
  10. You may have to set the emulator to extract the rom first in the edit emulator window. I have all my games extracted aside from the arcade stuff that like I said has to be zipped.
  11. All I can say is are your roms in that folder ? Is your platform name correct in the associated platforms window ? And did you change your games to use the A7800 emulator using the bulk edit tool ?
  12. Check your main Edit Emulator window tab, maybe you got something there wrong.
  13. You could try running it from the command line.
  14. Double check that your rompath is correct and that is where your rom files are located on your system. Also it could be possible your system doesn't like bgfx. Look for the video bgfx section of the ini and change it to auto and save it.
  15. Put quotes around your rompath like I have shown above, you have a space in between Atari and 7800 so quotes are required.
  16. Yeah setting up the A7800 variant or Mame to work in LB took a little effort on my end because of how Trebor put it together. Here is my setup for it, it includes everything you need including the high score and xm rom files, all you need to do is edit the a7800.ini file to add the path to your roms. rompath "roms;D:\Emulation\NoFiller\NoFiller Atari 7800" Above is mine for example, just change the part after the semi colon to your path. In LB you will want the following command line in your associated platforms tab: a7800 -cart1 xm -cart2 This will tell it to use the xm cart which is required for some homebrews. A7800.7z
  17. You might wanna take a look at this thread here, this is the next feature Jason is working on right now and is taking feedback from the users on what they would like to see with it.
  18. Are you talking about the rom from this thread on the atari-age forums ? http://atariage.com/forums/topic/266146-draker-quest-2-wip/ If so I tested it with A7800, the modified Mame emulator specifically for the 7800 and it loaded up fine. http://atariage.com/forums/topic/268458-a7800-the-atari-7800-emulator/?hl=+a7800
  19. Software lists are console and computer rom sets. When it comes to emulating computer systems I have found it vary one what the best way to emulate them are. Sometimes Mame is the best way while an individual emulator is better and sometimes on occasion RA is better. For example I find Amiga, Commodore 64 and Atari ST better to use a stand alone emulator but certain consoles such as NeoGeo CD, Colecovision and the FM Towns Marty and then the Sharp X68000 while is very good through Mame I find the Retroarch X68k core better. They are compatible with Launchbox and there will be a better import process for the software list to bring it more inline with the recent Mame importer Jason brought into LB.
  20. I don't recall this ever being a topic of discussion, basically you will just have to try it out in the emulator and see what works. I can tell you right now though that Mame and FBA arcade games have to remain zipped, unzipping them will break them for the emulator.
  21. Yes, a bios is required for anything Sega CD related including 32X CD games.
  22. No plans as far as I am aware of, it's not something that is commonly brought up. In my personal opinion I much prefer it the way it is now. In my experience if you went another method you would either have to match your games to a database which would have to be maintained and everyones roms would have to be specifically named to match it or you would just scan every file which has its own set of problems such as importing files you do not want.
  23. You will want the Stella core in Retroarch, you won't need the stand alone if you choose RA.
