  1. If there is a way to do that then that would be the simplest solution.
  2. What do you have your resolution set to in Dolphin ? Mine is set for 4x native but if yours are set to native it might be in 4:3 aspect.
  3. Is there a command line parameter that you can use to choose which mode the game loads into ?
  4. Is your rom paths set correctly in Mame ?
  5. Check the resolution settings for your PS emulator and Steam games, they should most probably match up with your displays native resolution.
  6. Switch it to full screen and you should be able to read it, F on the keyboard is the shortcut key to switch it.
  7. Come hang out with us on Discord if you like, we're all pretty active there and hanging out almost all the time except when sleeping. Give us all a chance to get to know you better and all that good stuff.
  8. @nikeymikey we do fully appreciate your offer to volunteer but the myself and other moderators do not feel it is appropriate that someone that is so new to the forums be handed moderator privileges so quickly. We do hope you continue to contribute and be an active member here on the forums and if you want to join us on the Discord channel as well you are more than welcome. Then after some time of getting to know you more we could then re consider you for moderator.
  9. I'd suggest using the Mupen64plus core, it has all of the good stuff from GLupeN64 rolled into it now.
  10. Not sure if this is going to fix your issue but when I have run into this issue it is because of a shader being loaded in the main retroarch.cfg (not sure if internal resolution has an effect or not). The way I fixed this is to look in the retroarch.cfg for the line: video_shader = "path to some shader file" change it to video_shader = "nul" The other thing I did was to create a custom cfg file for N64 (I did this mainly for controller issues but it might be needed for this as well). The in my associated platforms for Retroarch and the Nintendo 64 platform I have it load the custom cfg file.
  11. No problem, also try Crt-Aperture out. I don't how well it performs on lower end hardware but it is only a single pass shader and it has become my go to shader for looks.
  12. Also give Hyllian and Hyllian-Fast a try if you like.
  13. Yes but there is a Crt-Pi shader which was made for the Pi so it's as light weight and fast as possible but it is available on the PC as well.
  14. The most light weight crt scanline shader would be the CRT-Pi one in the GLSL\Crt folder. Obviously by the name you can guess that it was made for the Raspberry Pi.
  15. Maybe another moderator or 2 to help cover the European time zones to help out with those few hours when most of us NA people are sleeping.
  16. Yeah I don't see those servo sticks being a common thing for users to warrant much time to programming support them. Hopefully the Additional Apps or AHK script can be used to do it for now.
  17. I just thought that maybe because there was an SDK there might be something that could be done to add direct support like LED Blinky, sometime in the future though.
  18. Almost anything is doable with enough fuckery
  19. lol, feel free to stick around with any input you might have and hopefully some others can pop in with more help if they have some insight to this sort of stuff. This is all stuff I don't have any use for in my personal setup so everything I am saying is theoretical. I have not touched the Additional Apps section since I first started using SSF for Saturn and mounting CDs a while back but that was short lived and replaced. Edit: Looks like @Sithel has a possible solution as well. This is probably one of those cases that could have a couple of ways of achieving the desired end result. I keep my setup extremely simple and a lot of these extra little features don't apply to me.
  20. Yes, Launchbox is basically the "manager" mode for BigBox but doubles as a launcher itself for people who don't need BigBox and the extra features it has.
  21. It would be in Launchbox. If you right click a game and select edit from the menu you will find a tab called Addition Apps. In there you can have separate programs run before or after a game loads. This has to be done on a per game basis though and right now there is no way to bulk edit unfortunately.
  22. If the joystick can be switched using a command line parameter when launching a game the I can't see a reason why it wouldn't be doable in Launchbox. But keep in mind I do not own these joysticks so anything I say is just based off what you are telling us and what I am seeing on their website. I took a look at their site and the commands are: JoyTray.exe -servo joy8way JoyTray.exe -servo joy4way These could be used in the additional apps section for each game so there will be some extra work that you will have to put in. I also see they have an SDK on their site so that might be some @Jason Carr can take a look at and see if there is a way to implement it into Launchbox somehow to make the tedious one game at a time thing less tedious. Disclaimer: I am not an expert in this sort of thing and everything I have said is pure guess work and if I am wrong you have nothing to complain about
