  1. I completely agree. These are fantastic, but I won't be able to jump on board until there are more platforms available. But keep up the good work as this project certainly has a lot of potential and I'll definitely keep an eye on it too.
  2. To each his/her own I guess. I've tried pretty much every frontend out there, and in terms of simplicity, I like EmulationStation the best (the build used in Batocera, not the original version) and for a much more feature-rich and full experience I'll stick with Launchbox/BigBox
  3. Does this mean that you'll be developing themes for Pegasus also? I've tried it myself and wasn't all that impressed, although could certainly see some potential. My biggest gripes are that Pegasus is very user-unfriendly and the themes I've seen for it all look like duplicates of AttractMode and EmulationStation themes. As for "Minimis", isn't that only an Android-based theme?
  4. updated to version 1.5 - clear logo added to game details panel - updated/added screenshots (on LaunchBox downloads-page) - hopefully no more (future) updates on this see the post above for the download-page
  5. Certainly not an expert on this, but I do know that you need to go into the emulator settings for Retroarch, click on "Associated Platforms", find Nintendo 3DS on the Associated Platforms list and then select "Citra" as its core. That will probably fix your issue
  6. Newly updated version (1.2) is now available here: Please check the post above for more information. Have fun!
  7. @faeran this is an excellent update, and includes a feature that I've been hoping to see for quite a long time! Thanks so much again, as always! I have one question, however. In the platform details, how can I change the code so that the .png image (of the system) doesn't have the black box around it? For a more clear explanation, please check the image-example below Update: Never mind! I found the answer Just change the word "black" to "transparent" and the issue is solved
  8. Great work once again! Thanks a lot for sharing these
  9. Thanks a lot for sharing the recent progress. Definitely looking forward to the upcoming 2.5 update!
  10. Okay, that makes sense. I'll give it a try and see what happens. Thanks again for the help!
  11. I was just trying to alter the TextListView.xaml in the original "Default" theme folder, just to see if I could get that functionality to work, without any success as mentioned before. Maybe it can't be applied to this theme?
  12. Thanks a lot @C-Beats I was able to find the information on pages 36-37 regarding the ability to center the selected item in the text list view. However, I wasn't able to get it to work with the default theme. Since I'm no expert in coding (far from it too), this was no surprise to me. For now, I'll just wait until a solution comes along
  13. +1 on this. I was looking for info on how to keep the selected item centered in textlistview (among others) but couldn't find anything there. It says "Last Updated March, 2021" so that was either an error or it hasn't been updated yet
  14. Okay, thanks for the response. Actually, I tried to use Grilla's original plugin and followed his instructions but I don't think it applies to this theme. The code looked a lot different than his examples and instructions
  15. Really liking this new "Default" theme with the latest beta update. But as much as I like the newer version, @faeran is there any possibility that the selected items in platforms and games (text) list can be centered? Or, is there a way to use the existing plugin (that is often used with other themes) in this one, so that the selected platform/game can be centered?
  16. These are excellent! Thanks a lot for sharing
  17. Can also confirm that the 'esc' key is working again and the "navigation issue" has been resolved Thanks a lot for the latest beta-fix and the new default theme in BigBox looks very nice!
  18. @Jason Carr Just tested out this new beta with BigBox and I'm having a weird issue. After going into a games list, for some reason the 'esc' key isn't working for me and I'm unable to go back to any previous screens. I tested this out a few different times but the result is the same. It might just be me but I've never had this issue until this recent beta update. Update: Okay, now I noticed that another user (Fursphere) is having the same issue so I guess it's not an isolated problem
  19. Just a tip that could possibly solve your problem - Make sure that you put "-full-screen -dvd_path" (no quotes) in the default command line parameters
  20. @viking this is another fantastic update to a (already) fantastic theme! Just wondering, is there any way to get screenshots enabled? I tend to use screenshots more often than videos, and they won't appear in this theme, not in the TextGamesView at least.
  21. Since this has already been brought up a few times here lately, it would probably be best if someone gets in touch with the Reset Collection developer and find out how they were able to get that accomplished.
  22. I'd try that configuration I mentioned (above) and see what happens. Also, there's a few youtube tutorials out there that explain how to use RocketLauncher properly along with LaunchBox. Unfortunately, you probably won't get too many answers here as a lot of people have stopped using RocketLauncher over the years as new features such as fades and pause screens have been added within LaunchBox, along with the fact that bezels can be handled within MAME or Retroarch. There's also a good program/plugin called Reshade that can make bezels for other emulators like PCSX2, Dolphin, and several others.
  23. You might get better advice about that on the RocketLauncher forum, but it sounds like you have some conflicts with your RocketLauncher configuration and LaunchBox's configuration, which is causing an overlapping bezel. I haven't used RocketLauncher in quite a while, but I still have it configured like this with LaunchBox's default command line: -f "%launchboxorbigboxexepath%" -p "LaunchBox" -s "%platform%" -r So, I'd check that first to make sure that you have the right configuration. And if you're using RocketLauncher along with Project Bezel and Retroarch's built in bezel system, that might cause some overlapping as well. But again, I'm not an expert on RocketLauncher and haven't used it in quite a while.
  24. Yep. That's exactly where I found it. Thanks for the reply!
