  1. Try typing the following in default command line parameters for duckstation -batch Also, you'll need to set to "open in fullscreen" within duckstation's options
  2. Everything is checked, pretty much the same as your setup and shown below in the following screen capture: Another update: Okay, a very weird thing happened. I clicked on "Refresh" just to see what would happen and now the bezel is there! I'm guessing it's because when I originally set up Sony Playstation 2 a while back, Retroarch was (likely) my default emulator as I often just skipped the emulator setup and added Retroarch as my default on just about everything. Anyways, it seems to be fine for now. Thanks a lot for the help!
  3. @JoeViking245 Home now and tried a bunch of different ways to get this to run without any luck. The game itself appears normallly, but there's no bezel on the screen. Also, the emulator being used is the "default" one, although the log file says otherwise. Here's what the log says for every game I try to run ***************** 12/11/2023 7:58:11 PM Checking game: Ape Escape 3 Platform: Sony Playstation 2 Default ROM: Ape Escape 3 (USA).chd Game not being launched with default emulator BezelLauncher not enabled for this platform: Sony Playstation 2
  4. Okay, I'll try that out a little later today and see if anything changes. For what it's worth, I was able to get the bezels to work with reshader, however that plugin only works with OpenGL turned on in the graphics settings, and also I do use the variant you mentioned, pcsx2-qtx64-avx2
  5. @JoeViking245 not sure what I'm doing wrong, but I haven't been able to get this plugin to work with PCSX2. It shows up in the list and everything configures properly, but the bezel won't display. By any chance have you tested this with PCSX2 yet?
Excellent work once again @JoeViking245! This is a great alternative in comparison to other utilities like RL and makes things a lot easier. Thanks a lot for providing this plugin for emulators which don't have built-in bezel functionality!
  6. That CPU should be more than sufficient for your needs in terms of retro gaming, although you might want to upgrade the ram to 16gb. Then, you won't have any stutters with some of the more modern systems like Gamecube, PS2, PSP, etc.
  7. It's also worth noting that there are a few other options available. I've also tried ReshadeManager for a few systems, and this one works nicely with PCSX2: As for RocketLauncher, I gave up on that program years ago. It's great for what it does, but these LaunchBox plugins are way more simple to use
  8. No problem! It works with both Launchbox and BigBox as far as I know. But you'll have to set it up within Launchbox's plugin menu first
  9. You might want to try this: It's a plugin designed for emulators which don't have bezel-functionality (unlike retroarch and mame). I've tried it with the emulator Citra and it works pretty well.
  10. Great work once again! Thanks a lot for sharing these
  11. Thanks a lot for adding the two Citra emulators! Just tested and both are working fine here, using a Samsung Galaxy S23
  12. Thanks a lot for the latest update! It fixed the issue (platforms text-list) which we had discussed earlier. Keep up the great work too!
  13. This tutorial is a little old (2019) but it should still work with Mame and Astrocade. Also, it can be applied to the other systems you requested. Basically, you need to have the appropriate bios for those systems in your "roms" folder. Hope it helps. And here's one for the Channel F system
  14. For the first two (Astrocade and Casio PV-1000), you'll need to use the standalone version of Mame. You can try the mame core within Retroarch for those but it's much easier to use the standalone version of Mame instead. Those two systems are software list games for Mame, so it's more of a hassle while using the Retroarch core. As for the Amiga, you can use the puae libretro core in Retroarch
  15. Fantastic work and another great update! What would be nice is if the platforms text-list had something else there. There's a lot of space with only information about the platform (Atari 2600, Sony Playstation 2, etc.) but it would be nice to fill up all that empty space with either an image of the platform or a platform-video. Here's a render I threw together with a 'before' and 'after' using the idea I suggested. If the CTC files are available then I'd probably be able to customize this in there. Only hoping on this one of course
  16. Yep, the files were here yesterday but somehow they've been removed recently. Not sure why though?
  17. Thanks a lot for sharing this. From your experience though, do you feel that CXBX has better compatibility than Xemu? Or, are there any games which CXBX can play with better results?
Fantastic theme and definitely one of your best @faeran Just needs snapshots/videos implemented (instead of fanart) and it would be perfect. What would also be nice is the ability to replace the Default_Background artwork with the platform fanart. You can do this in the filters view but not in the textlistview for example. Great work as always though!
  18. The latest official version, released earlier today, should fix the problem with the LaunchBox options menu-window. Thanks a lot to @faeran and the rest of the LB team for getting this resolved quickly!
  19. Having the same issue here. With beta 5 and beta 6, LaunchBox crashes when I try to access the options. I tried the fix which @The Papaw mentioned but it gives me the same error as @shadoweez Also, I turned on debug mode, but no log appears after the crash.
  20. Amazing stuff! Keep up the good work @circo
  21. Good to know. Thanks a lot for the tip!
  22. Thanks a lot! Nothing specific, but just wanted to remove the background music in general. Also, I noticed that after removing the music files, the wheel animations are a little bit smoother and faster.
  23. @Saieno Fantastic work and this theme continues to get better with each update! I'm not sure if this has been mentioned before, but I've been trying to turn off the music that plays in the background. It's decent enough to listen to, but gets old very fast😄 I tried the theme specific settings, but that didn't seem to work. Any suggestions or ideas?
