  1. Tried that too. Same results, haha. Well, I'll give up on this for now and maybe somewhere down the road, Teknoparrot will learn to play nice with LaunchBox
  2. Thanks for the advice, but I tried that and the results were the same. This error after exiting out of a game with TP is definitely weird, but certainly not a deal-breaker either
  3. This is one of the weirdest errors I've ever come across in all my years, as a long-time user of LaunchBox and emulation in general. While using Teknoparrot on its own, there are no errors after hitting the ESC key, but there are a barrage of errors after hitting the ESC key if I run the game within LaunchBox. Also, I'm not using any hotkey commands/scripts and have no extra programs or add-ons running.
  4. I can confirm the same error popping up after exiting out of a game. Just tried it out and I run into the same issue while exiting back into LaunchBox. Out of curiosity, I also tried out an older version of TP (version 1.00.393) and this error doesn't happen. So, it's definitely an issue with the latest version of TP

    send Alt F4

    Try this in the "Running Script" section. (Copy and paste) This works for me with Yuzu and several other emulators. Then, you can press ESC to exit out of games. ; This section closes Yuzu when pressing Escape $Esc:: { Process, Close, {{{StartupEXE}}} }

No worries! I've had my fair share of code-errors while modifying various BigBox and LaunchBox theme files too.

Just tried this out and getting a bunch of errors, making the theme pretty much unusable. I noticed that a lot of the code (as seen in the errors) in this keeps searching for a "LB Galaxy 1.0" folder, and that's likely the root of the problem. You'll probably need to go back and change the directory locations in the code, especially if users don't have the "LB Galaxy 1.0" theme.
  8. No problem! Not sure what their reasoning was, but perhaps it was designed like that (originally) to keep everything more uniformed and consistent, so that everything in that area was kept at a 16x9 ratio, even if the screenshots/videos happen to be 4x3
  9. Not sure if you ever found the answer to this, but I found that the way to get rid of the black bars for both screenshots and videos is to change PreviewBackground="Black" to "Transparent" and change "ForceVideoPreview16X9="True" to "False" Hope that helps!
  10. Wow! It was as simple as copying and pasting that one file in there, and it worked! Thanks a lot😁
  11. As I mentioned/requested before, will this code be made available so that the new details view can be implemented in other themes? Basically, I just want to update the LBPlex theme with this latest feature. Based on my personal experience, every time a new feature has been added to LaunchBox, this particular theme hasn't been updated, so I was just hoping to find a solution.
  12. @faeran This might sound like a difficult request, but is there any way that we can find out the code to add the new GameDetails feature (from the LBTheme) to a theme like LBPlex? It seems to be one of the most popular LB themes, so I'm sure that a lot of users out there could benefit from it
  13. Yep! I went back and took a look at this theme now and noticed that all videos (16x9, 4x3) look fine and fill up the screen, with an exception of a few odd shaped, unusual ratio videos. But the screenshots (all ratios) all have that same problem. It's certainly not a deal-breaker but it would be nice if I could find a more uniform and consistent style, and I'll see what I can cook up with the latest version of Community Theme Creator.
  14. Thanks a lot! Unfortunately though, with 16x9 videos and screenshots, I wasn't able to fix that issue, while 4x3 videos seem to be fine. What I will probably do, in the near future, is make a 2nd version for HD 16x9, and that way users can switch between the themes and use them with the appropriate (mostly newer) systems
  15. +1 on that. While I use LBPlex mostly, I prefer the old default theme too instead of the newer default.
  16. I think I've seen that error before. If it's only happening in 1 particular game, then it's either not compatible (not working) with cxbx-r or it's a bad rom-file. I tried to find some more information on that error, but nothing came up while searching around. Also, I tend to use xemu more often as it's a little easier.
  17. Wow! The new screenshots tab in the details-area looks really nice! I only wish that this could be applied to other themes, as I use LBPlex most of the time and I noticed this update only applied to the default theme?
  18. Wow, what a bummer. It's certainly his prerogative if he wants to go that route and I'm sure that's fine with the majority of the public. But in the long run it would certainly be nice if he allowed the *option* to those who'd rather use their own frontend such as LaunchBox. While the UI in AetherSX2 is decent enough, it's nothing special to look at and I'd much rather launch games through one UI instead of having to open separate programs each time. Anyways, Jason thanks a lot for the update and it was certainly worth the effort.
  19. @Jason Carr Thanks a lot for this update. However, I just tested AetherSX2 and it only launches the main program but not the games. When I launch a game within LaunchBox, it takes me into the bios of the PS2, without launching the game itself. Is there anything I'm missing on this, or is anyone else having the same issue?
  20. Let me guess. One of them starts with "Re..."?
  21. @Zombeaver Great work once again! Thanks a lot for sharing this incredible compilation and appreciate all of your effort as well!
  22. @Goodmango I've noticed that you mentioned "three frontend apps" here and in another post that can handle AetherSX2. Which particular apps are you referring to?
  23. Absolutely. Here's a pretty good tutorial that shows how to do it also:
  24. Before anyone would be able to help, we'd need some more information. First of all, are you using CXBX or Xemu to play your Xbox games? Also, are you able to get the games to run on their own, using the emulator by itself (without LaunchBox)? If not, I'd highly recommend checking out one of the xbox tutorials here or on youtube, as that helped me out when I was having troubles. Also, both emulators (CXBX and Xemu) require bios files in their respective folders, so you want to make sure you have all the necessary files with their emulator(s). Here's the tutorial for Xemu if you're interested in checking it out: Oops! Just noticed that you posted this in in the "Android" forum. I'm guessing that either you posted this in the wrong forum, or there's an Xbox emulator for android out there in the wild that I haven't heard about yet?
