    Certain games used a different resolution. I guess you can save the overlays on a per game basis though with overides in RetroArch.

    @Jason Carr I can confirm that the issues I was having with 7.2 are now fixed. Exiting game details view on CPS1 games no longer crashes Big Box and I am now getting fullscreen background video in CriticalZone v1.6. Thanks so much to you and @CriticalCid ?

    In your Big Box options make sure to use the check box to prioritise theme videos also.

    I am talking about the ambient video that plays behind everything that has the LaunchBox logo in the centre of it.

    I'd say it could be in for the 1.4.0 release as it seems to be working well so far going by comments in the RetroArch forum. Should be there soon I'd say.

    I encountered a bit of a strange one this evening, I was trying out a game on MAME and my controls wouldn't work. I opened up the Tab menu and all of my controls had been reset to default keyboard input. Everything was fine prior to updating to the current 7.0 official release.

    You could use the latest MAME RA core and try your existing romset. Most roms should work, the ones that don't you will need to update. I would just update your romset to the latest version though. It's probably easier than finding an old working MAME RA core, it's been in bad shape for a while.

    Yeah. If you find the correct video, simply rename the video to the exact title as it is shown in LB and it will play.

    So you have two installations of LaunchBox and Big Box? I guess you could create a new desktop shortcut pointing to the most up to date installations?

    Yeah I had a few of those from the in-built scraper but I replaced all of them all with nicer 3d boxart like this: I hated the orientation of those from the scraper.

    @CriticalCid I was wondering if it is it possible to increase the font size for the game title and year that appears in the bottom right in the vertical game wheel view? I find it hard to read sitting at the other side of the room from my big tv.

    Another vote for RacketBoy here. I also found a nice site with great top 100 lists that I have used over the years called Retro-Sanctuary I find it's best to have a look on a few sites to find a few hidden gems as it is so subjective.

    What's the NES port of Rampage like? I never tried it with having the arcade one on MAME. I think the Master System had a pretty nice port too.

    @circo I downloaded the entire GBC HQ Video Snaps folder today as mine were also only the 240p versions. I noticed as I switched to the CriticalZone theme and the videos didn't look great full screen. It seems that the majority of the videos are in fact SQ though, as I can see a big difference when scrolling through Big Box when I go from a true HQ 480p video snap to others. Just thought I'd let you know in case the pack needed updating.

    Yeah it seems there is no option in LB to scrape as SuperGrafx and neither of those videos are listed through the downloader in LB. Tried Emumovies site and the page cannot be reached when I click the links. I'll try the ftp.
