  1. So I have assigned a controller button to show playlists and another to show platforms in Big Box, but when I go to the playlist view and switch back to platform view, I can hear the audio from the playlist video playing in the background over the video in the platform view. This is rectified by simply pressing up or down to choose a different platform. If I go back to playlist view, the currently selected playlist video is paused until I switch to another playlist. Using VLC EDIT: This does not happen when Windows Media Player is used.
  2. Yes, same for me. There is a difference in startup times between the initial boot and the second boot. I just stopped using startup videos due to this.
  3. Yeah, I unchecked the option to show each playlist in platforms so now they are separated. I mapped a button on my controller in the Big Box options to switch between playlists and platforms.
  4. Will drag and drop not be added?
  5. How about "Hidden Gems" playlists like the series of videos MetalJesusRocks makes? Or maybe a playlist of games that pushed hardware limits, like the video Game Sack made?
  6. No problem @viking, thanks for the video, I love how @CriticalCid but everything together ?
  7. This is great Cid, thanks so much! You are right about Rayman Legends, Ubisoft could not be less indie ? I'll add this to my Big Box set up this evening, thanks again!!
  8. Great work, thanks to all involved!
  9. Hey Cid, I couldnt find any clear logo I could use for Windows indie games, the normal Microsoft logo from the original Unified Microsoft theme would be fine I think.
  10. That's a beautiful theme for RetroPie, well done! I might have to dust off the old Pi 3 again, it's been neglected since Big Box arrived in my life!
  11. Hi @alexeon, I have a similar platform in Big Box containing those games and I currently use @viking's platform video for Windows indie games. I use the Unified Platform videos for all of my other platforms but none existed for this. I requested just last Friday if @CriticalCid could make one for me to match my other videos. Maybe you could use that when it is completed. Good to know other people have an indie platform too ?
  12. I must upgrade this weekend ?
  13. Oh no problem @CriticalCid, there is no rush at all ? I meant to say, if you could flip the Shovel Knight and Shantae image horizontally so that they are facing towards the centre of the theme that would be great. Thanks again!
  14. Hi Cid, I have a request. I was wondering if it would be possible to make a platform video for Windows indie games using the same assets used in the current Unified Microsoft Windows mp4 and replacing the gameplay video with the one from @viking's Nostalgia Windows Indie platform theme (if he can provide you with the raw video file) and replace Gordon Freeman with the below image of Shovel Knight and Shantae please?
  15. Now that's clever! I like it ?

I went into a local game shop this morning to check out the prices. €330 for the console, €70 for Zelda, and €80 for a pro controller. So that's €480 or $510.

Yeah has that not been resolved in the day one patch though?
  18. I created a ticket for controller autoconfigs if anyone would like to give it a vote: https://bitbucket.org/jasondavidcarr/launchbox/issues/1877/controller-autoconfigs#comment-None
  19. Yeah me too, I have Streets of Rage Remake in its own platform and I hate the unnecessary wheel.
  20. Great! I remember having the exact same issue one time connecting my laptop to my 4k tv, RetroArch was working fine on the laptop but a stuttering mess on the tv, turns out the refresh rate was at 50hz on the tv ?
  21. With your laptop connected to the tv via HDMI, right click on your desktop and choose Screen Resolution: Ensure your screen resolution is set to 1920x1080: Then go to Advanced Settings, click the Monitor tab, and make sure your refresh rate is set at 60hz: If you are still having issues I would go through your RetroArch settings and set them up like Lordmonkus has outlined in his tutorial here:
