  1. You will have to forgive me as i do not speak your language. However i do use Retroarch just fine. What is that -r in your MAME emulator command line? ALSO it's MAMEUI32, ouch....
  2. OK, im slightly confused, so if you dont mind helping it may help us both. So the error is quite straight forward, Launchbox is trying to install, but some other program on you PC is interfering, Please look as to what is running on your system before you blame us.
  3. You obviously followed our program wizard when adding a system right????
  4. The nocd version obviously wont, but not all games have a nocd version, or you dont, whichever it is. In a full mame romset as already stated in this thread there will be several versions of each game, the default or "parent" version is usually the original release, which would be the one that needs a CHD and to be "installed" on first run. There are however clones that are clearly in the file name marked as "nocd". It also depends on the romset your roms are from as to whether that is shown or not, i have a merged set, so in my case the nocd version is inside the sfiii zip file as they are "merged". A non merged rom will have a individual zip for each version. My Street Fighter 3 Third Strike rom versions as shown in Launchbox. and my Red Earth. There is no nocd version for Red Earth, as there is for SF3 3.
  5. Cool, glad your sorted, enjoy Bigbox.

  7. Do you have the shoulder triggers set to do anything in Bigbox, like scroll or page up/down?
  8. Also ill add that no changes were made to Bigbox from 11.8 to 11.9, all fixes/changes/new features were Launchbox related, which is another reason for me to believe this issue is unrelated to the update.
  9. You can go back to 11.8 if you wish, but im 99% certain you will have the same issue there. This is a input issue, you say nothing is held down but something is causing it. Have you added any new devices recently? Have you tried unplugging all USB devices except for your mouse and starting Bigbox?
  10. You can fast forward the install/loading, also you only need to do it the first time. Its how the CPS3 arcade systems worked, they had a HDD in them, so instead of buying a new cab when a new game came out operators could buy a CD and install it to the HDD of the cab they had.
  11. That is convenient, its a couple of mouse clicks. We used to have a plugin that auto uploaded, and it was a nightmare for moderators of the database as people frankly uploaded also sorts of total shit, bad art, not labelled, labelled incorrectly, covered in watermarks, it wasnt good. Good riddance to that and making people do a little bit of work and therefore self moderation before being able to upload to the database instead.
  12. Is the rom itself the Japanese version? I have the US rom and have both the US and Japanese/European boxes in my Launchbox. You can right click and save as.
  13. As long as they are named correctly, are in the correct location, you have the video option turned on, and you have a Launchbox premium license they will work.

  15. Also lets not forget that the emulation provided by the MAME emulator itself also improves and gets more accurate every month. So its a far better emulator now than it was four years ago.
  16. XBOX controllers are xinput, and work out of the box in MAME.
  17. Steam, Geforce Now, Parsec and Moonlight are all free options for in home streaming.
  18. I tried this plugin the other day and had exactly the same issue, absolutely no game that uses a emulator will launch, no error, no nothing in fact.
  19. Yes its a false positive. But you did read and agree to this below message didnt you, we have no control on what is uploaded, its your risk to take.
  20. You can just drag and drop media to the correct Launchbox folders, no more difficult than that, you dont have to do it in the UI, just do it through explorer like you would when moving any other files. You can also if you want point Launchbox to your existing folders and it will use those, that method would be more manual work though. When you import a system Launchbox will create the media folders, regardless of if you actually specified to download any media or not. So once the roms are in you can use either method i just mentioned to use your existing media, as long as the files are using the actual game name, or the name of the actual file, Launchbox should pick up the media.
  21. I just dont think people really care that much, i mean if they did there would be people recording said audio files. People are much more interested in game videos than music usually, and a lot of that work is already done. Making music files for platforms like Arcade or PS2 would be a huge undertaking, and would probably take years to compile, as people do these things as hobbies in there spare time. The only real way now to get the audio you require would be for you to make and share it yourself. Emumovies and the PS2 have been around a long time, and nobody so far it seems has been bothered enough to tackle this massive and time consuming project.
  22. Only a handful of platforms have any music on emumovies, Arcade and PS2 are ones with none or next to none. If emumovies doesnt physically have any files we obviously cant scrape them.
  23. Arcade machines didnt have box's like console and computer games do, so they usually use Advertisement - Front as there main image, and not Box - Front, easiest way to get them to show is put them at the top of your preferences list for Box - Front. We already have a clean up media tool.
  24. Well that is quite a strange resolution.
