  1. A m3u would be a single file, so yes it wouldnt work with badges for multi disk games.
  2. For Retroarch bios files go in Retroarch/System.
  3. Scores were reset and 10.12 and 10.13 can no longer upload hi scores.
  4. Have you updated the the latest version? The 7zip was moved to a different folder, which broke the plugin. Details here.
  5. right click it and edit, does it already have a database ID? If not click the search for metadata button and see if it finds it. You can also rename games in this window. So you may need to scrape it with the correct name, and then edit the name to your liking after.
  6. Just need that play button on the trending and most popular games leaderboards.
  7. I just tried it by setting the dip switch to invincible, got a score and turned it back off. Score failed to upload. "2020-04-22 07:55:25 PM Aborting MameHighScores.Parse: Dip switches were tampered with."
  8. Software lists for MAME are not officially supported by Launchbox. Plus you are trying to import games for three different systems under one emulator. You need to import different systems under there own system name. Also i wouldnt use those roms or MAME for any of those systems. Like @CDBlue said, get correct romsets for that stuff.
  9. Sorry but im not sure. Its not a feature i ever use so dont pay attention as to whether it is in themes or not.
  10. Recent games is theme dependant and needs to be specifically coded into them. Just sounds like you switched to themes that dont support it.
  11. Depending on the region of the rom you play, some have blood by default.
  12. Use steams built in controller configurator program.
  13. If you username is correct, then we are actually of similar age (i was born in 77). I agree with you that high scores were a big part of the arcade experience, i spent a small fortune in my local arcade as a kid so i am very aware. However the post you just quoted from me was a reply to another user who said "if people are gonna cheat no point in playing", that is what i disagree with. For me high scores were certainly part of the appeal, but not all of it. That statement by the other user basically says if there are no high scores there is no point playing the games, that i 100% disagree with, i would of still played the arcade games i liked back in my local arcade as a kid if they had high scores or not.
  14. Retroarch was never supported, and would be even less plausible now with the new anti cheat measures.
  15. OK, yeah switched to standard MAME and the leaderboards immediately appeared.
  16. Leaderboards are not showing for me on 10.14 beta 1. I also updated to Arcade64 0.220 with a 0.220 romset today, could this be because im using Arcade64 and not MAME? it was working fine in 10.13, with a 0.218 romset and Arcade64 0.218, so has the new anti cheat measures affected this? Thanks Jason.
  17. I use bsnes for the HD mode 7 support.
  18. Like i said previously use retroarch, it has dozens of cores for all sorts of systems, all within one standardized UI. I would use higan/bsnes/ or snes9x cores in retroarch for snes.
  19. Retroarch works via "cores" simply go to online updater/core updater in Retroarch to see all the cores and download the specific ones you want to use.
  20. Have you told Launchbox which core to use in Tools/Manage Emulators/Retroarch/Associated platforms tab?
  21. I would suggest Retroarch for ALL 8 and 16 bit systems. Specifically the mesen core for NES.
