Have a look in the control panel of whatever GPU you are using.

Sounds like you are running at 30fps and not at 60fps.

Distributing emumovies videos would be a big no no, as they are for premium subscribers only.

Yeah no problems testing at 1080p, also i have my system set to 200% scaling, so everything looks the same size as 1080p anyway, just way sharper.

Well i am on Windows 10 on a 4K OLED TV, and i also use Retro Achievements, so looks like im a good candidate to test.

You need the user data folder dumped from a 3DS, like i said and linked to a couple of posts up.

That will depend on the emulators, often there will be a option for fullscreen in the emulator itself.

The Launcbox fullset importer does this automatically. If you leave all the options at default it will only import known working games, and it will exclude all the mechanical, mahjong etc. You will have around 2800 games after import, all of which will work.

The built in scraper uses the steam app ID in order to match the game and acquire the artwork, so if you didnt use the steam importer then you cant scrape it. You can however try this plugin.

Well that sounds like more of a issue of you having a mish mash of different roms from different versions that you are trying to use in one "system". You would be much better off getting a complete romset and using the correct version of MAME with it.

"Scan for added roms" is just that, for roms, steam games are window .exe's not roms. If you want to add newly bought Steam games you simply run the steam importer again. The steam importer isnt checking your local files, but your actual steam profile to identify what games you have.

In Bigbox you want "close active window" not "Exit" that exits the app not a emulator.

If you have Bigbox you have premium.

It means you have to share back at least as much as you download in order to maintain a at least 1:1 ratio. So if you download a 60GB mame torrent on pleasuredome you have to also upload that 60GB to other users or they will ban your account. No one likes a person who deletes a torrent as soon as they have downloaded it without sharing it back, and that will get you banned from torrent sites for "hitting and running". For example on this torrent site i have a ratio of 2.169 which means i have shared back more than twice as much as i have downloaded, as you can see from the other stats, 3.75TB uploaded and only 1.72TB downloaded, so i have shared more than i took, which means i have a good ratio.

We cant provide direct links as that is against forum rules. Pleasuredome or the internet archive for full sets. Pleasuredome is the best place but is a private torrent tracker and you need to maintain ratio or you will be banned. Internet archive is normally a couple of versions behind but is just a normal torrent.
