  1. Yeah pretty much, feel free to click help and support at the top of the page and request it, although it's probably already been requested so maybe search and if you find a active feature request vote on that one.
  2. Yeah I am not sure exactly what list version it is using, but it is pretty old. It needs to actually be coded into Launchbox, you can't just drop a newer list into a folder unfortunately. Jason needs to actually add a newer version to the program on his end.
  3. Launchbox is using a older MAME game list, that's why you see no new games added. It does really need updating though.

That's bigbox playing audio of the selected game, if you downloaded game music from emu movies or have your own, you can enable that in options/sound.
  5. The different region games are the additional apps that is asking you if you want to delete.
  6. Have you tried using that same bios file in Retroarch? Does it work there?
  7. No its fine you wont lose anything, the program will prompt you to update just say yes. It will download, close, update then reopen.
  8. Ah, well there has been no announcement, but..........
  9. does the i5 have hyperthreading? Not much use for emulation but may be handy for general desktop programs.
  10. You may need a codec pack if you have webm videos for your steam games. WMP wont play them natively.
  11. Tools/download platform/playlist videos, for the platform cinematix.
  12. Also deleting them will not delete any of the images you downloaded, they will all still be in the Images/Arcade folder.
  13. Correct, they are not platforms but playlists, just keep the Arcade one but delete the rest.
  14. You can right click and delete those as they are playlists. Or you can go to your Launchbox/Data/Playlist folder and delete from there.
  15. Ah I see, well you could just make a copy of the theme and make the edits you want and try it out as long as you copy your backup to somewhere other than the theme folder so you don't lose it.
  16. I believe the view names are hardcoded into Launchbox itself so you wouldn't be able to rename them as it would need actual coding from Jason in the Program. It may be worth posting this in the beta thread as the issue you have with the views may just be a oversight, or it may be by design and for a good reason, I honestly don't no on that one.
  17. I have not tried it either, but I believe everything comes pre configured in this set to just sort of work, with minimal config editing and such by the user. Haven't really messed with dos at all personally, so someone more knowledgeable than I will have to answer that one for you.
  18. I'm not going into details, but the ban was for more than just the reply's in this specific thread.
  19. Right click on a game in Launcbox and choose add to playlist, then new playlist.
  20. OK, that was perhaps a little sharp on my part, but what one person see's as bug another person see's no issues at all with. It's all perspective. If you feel what you have encountered are bugs fine, but if every other user thought the same we would have a ton more reports on them.
  21. Beta's = potential bugs, use at your own risk, yada yada.
  22. Agreed, but I stopped "setting up" a long time ago, I occasionally add a new system, but it is so streamlined these day's that it is a few clicks of the mouse and it's done.
  23. Maybe that's controller buttons exclusively then to clear, I never bothered with any of the keyboard buttons as bigbox is for a controller couch use for me.
