  1. Thanks guys, weird, I could reproduce it on my 1st attempt on Monday, but can't at all today.
  2. Oh OK, could you not just add them manually? I assume you still have a .exe to launch them from? So all you need to do is use the add button at the bottom right of launchbox, and point it at your .exe.
  3. Those will get imported when you import windows games, at least my starcraft 2 and diablo 3 did.
  4. @Jason Carr I have been messing about with launchbox today trying to see if I can narrow down that platform ordering issue that you can't reproduce. Here's the thing though, I can't seem to reproduce it anymore myself!! So I don't know if the .NET update has fixed it, but I can't reproduce anymore. If anyone in this thread who was having the issue is on the beta's could they have a look at there systems and see if it's fixed for them? Or if it's just me?
  5. Launchbox is only using the filename to determine duplicates, so if it has a different name it will not consolidate into one entry. You can do this manually though, highlight the games you want to combine, right click, then choose combine selected games.
  6. Cool, glad you are all sorted. Now get to some retro gaming!!
  7. No, leave them all checked, that will make it easier if you decide to use retroarch for other platforms as well. Also bare in mind that there are several snes cores in retroarch, so you need to make sure that the one you are using is the one specified in the associated platform list. I think it defaults to snes9x, but I use bsnes accuracy, so I had to amend the associated platform snes core to say bsnes rather than snes9x.
  8. Correct, you would also need to change the emulator for your snes games. Click on the platform, then a game, ctrl a to highlight them all, right click, edit, choose emulator from the dropdown then retroarch from the second dropdown.
  9. When a emulator does arrive it would be great to already have the DB ready to go though, this is why we have so much missing data in other platforms, it would be good to get in on the ground floor and build it up over time.
  10. Thanks for that, I was actually just doing a test during todays live stream. Jason couldn't reproduce it on his system. I always have those off myself, but wanted to see if I could reproduce the bug, I could. Unfortunately Jason cant so its proving difficult to fix.
  11. In that case click on the platform, then drag and drop the rom onto the launchbox window it will start the import wizard for that rom only.
  12. Click on the platform, tools, scan for added roms.
  13. I just tried on the stream turning on counts and my platforms went out of order. Correct.
  14. That's a new one for me, I never use the + or - just save to slot 0 all the time and that works fine. I have back as my hold button then left and right bumpers as save and load respectively. which works just fine for me. sorry cant help there I'm afraid.
  15. As I said, delete the playlist xml in the data folder, Its obviously got corrupted.
  16. Yeah I prefer it this way, load a core, set the controls and graphic options, save core override. Then autoloads in future.
  17. The standard select and back buttons can be changed in the input setting. As for left analogue stick load a nes game, open the quick menu, scroll to controls and change "user 1analog to digital type" to left analog, then scroll down to "save core remap file" Edit, it appears you are trying to setup your nes controls in the main user interface, this is why confirm and back are changing. Setup your nes controls in the quick menu with a rom loaded like I said above.
  18. Try deleting the playlist xml from the data folder.
  19. If some of your roms were already imported then you can go to tools/scan for added roms and it will just pick up roms that failed to import because of the power loss. If none were imported at all then you will obviously need to import again. If you are worried about duplicates downloading then you can go to your lunchbox/images folder and delete the folder for that platform, it will be recreated when you start a import.
  20. Just to say I have headphones on nodding along to this jungle doo I was at back in the day!! lol.
  21. I found this worked because mednafen psx I could never put above x1 native resolution. I discovered that in a second retroarch install I could turn on vulkan as the graphics driver and turn mednafen psx up to x8 resolution, no issues at all.!!!!
  22. Cant help you there, but UK Represent!!! lol.
  23. Yep, you would need to call it retroarch 2 or something, set up your glupen 64 in that with a completely different control scheme?? Retroarch is never installed just like launchbox, its in its folder but that's it, drag and drop anywhere you like.
