  1. PC/Windows 3D Box Pack (2868) View File *These are available through Emumovies Sync and have also been uploaded to the LaunchBox Database. This is a collection of 2868 3D PC Game boxes I have made. A games list is attached. Many of the triple A games and collections are covered to the best of my knowledge (Call of Duty, Tom Clancy's, Battlefield collections etc...) There are also a lot of games that may be from country's like Brazil or may not be well known or children's games but I made boxes for them anyway because who knows when someone somewhere might actually want that particular game so why not cover as much ground as possible. I used the highest resolution available and paid for the privilege however sometimes even at the highest resolution the covers may not be scanned in properly and that was all that was available. 3. I decided to re-post this because my last thread got a bit messy with all the changes I had made to the videos and logos over time, The collection is still not as good as I would like as simple a concept as these videos are but I'm happier with the way it is for now. I will take requests. This is a collection of mostly Console based Genre Intro Videos I have made (Point & Click and Simulation is PC though). The concept is to make the videos fit with @letstalkaboutdune's Arcade Genre collection though there are some slight differences. Big thanks to letstalkaboutdune for his help and his Beat 'em up, Shoot 'em up, Puzzle, Fighting, Platform, Racing, Sports and Run & Gun Logos. Thanks to @Mute64 for his LightGun Logo. The other Logos are either Hyperspin logos or were made by me. Many thanks to the EmuMovies community and the HyperSpin community. The video files are hosted at EmuMovies. Showcase: The Individual Video files can be downloaded here: My Playlists/Genres can be found here, they are not perfect but a good start
  4. I don't really understand? You want to know where to place the videos? it depends, on how you have named your Genres Playlists in LaunchBox. If your not sure just place the files in both Platforms and your Playlists folder in the videos folder. That should get everything working. Remember to name things correctly.

From my experience LaunchBox does not mind Playlists being added that contain game names that are not in your library, It will simply ignore games that are in the XML but are not contained in you library. This seems to also apply to Arcade Games Added as MAME games, LaunchBox simply reads the Launchbox Database ID number of the game in the XML and automatically knows where the game belongs. If you find Bigbox runs slow after adding these playlists it is probably due to having a much smaller library than is contained in the XMLs Simply open launchBox and edit the playlist select the "games" tab and scroll to the bottom and there will be a list of missing games, simply delete these, holding down the delete key and restart LaunchBox. UPDATE: Added RUN & GUN Genre Playlist for all systems. Also tidied up some of the other playlists. UPDATE: MOTOR games added this has the same contents as the DRIVING games xml. I have full Hyperlist collections of games for a lot of Consoles and Handhelds and I have made "Genre Playlists" for EVERY single game in my library with one XML playlist for each Genre. The systems Included are: - Arcade/Mame from 1987 to present. - Sony PlayStation 2, Sony PlayStation 1, Sony PlayStation Portable, Sony PlayStation Portable Minis, - Nintendo GameCube, Nintendo 64, Super Nintendo, Super Famicom, Nintendo Entertainment System, Nintendo Disk System, Nintendo Famicom, Nintendo DS, Nintendo GameBoy Advance, Nintendo GameBoy Color, Nintendo GameBoy. - Sega Dreamcast, Sega Saturn, Sega Mega Drive (Europe), Sega Mega Drive (Japan), Sega Genesis (USA), Sega CD (USA), Sega Mega CD (Europe), Sega 32X, Sega Master System, Sega Mark III, Sega SG-1000, Sega Game Gear. - Atari Jaguar, Atari 7800, Atari Lynx - NEC Turbo Grafx, NEC Turbo Grafx CD, NEC PC-FX - SNK Neo Geo AES, SNK NEO GEO CD, SNK Neo Geo Pocket - Commodore Amiga CD32 - Panasonic 3DO - Amstrad GX 4000 -Bandai Wonderswan, Bandai Wonderswan Color I have also made "Intro Videos" for each Genre. They can be downloaded here along with the logos: I have split the full collections of these games into the following "Genre Playlists": - Fighting Games - Shoot Em' Ups - Light Gun Games - Beat Em' Ups - Run & Gun Games - Shooter Games - Sports Games - Racing Games/Motor games - Rhythm Games - Horror Games - Flying Games - Platform Games - Puzzle Games - Role Playing Games - Strategy Games - All Games - Board Games & Card Games I am very strict on what game goes into what category, for example wrestling and boxing games I put into the Sports category instead of the Fighters category. Horror is just there for fun, It only contains some games that I like so only add if that category interests you. I know their might be the odd mistake here and there but organizing all these games took a lllllllong time so the odd mistake was bound to happen either way its a good starting point. Anyway to anyone who finds these useful, enjoy! If you find my work of use could you please consider donating to my Patreon found here: https://www.patreon.com/RobinLevingstone
  6. @Omen Uploaded the 4-Player Genre Intro video, there are two versions one where all the games are split screen and one with a mix of different games.
  7. Just saw your message now. I'll get down to making that one soon.
  8. Thanks @Omen . I can do that. can you give me an idea of what sort of games you would like in the video? I usually stick to Console only videos so would you mean games like Micro Machines for example?
  9. Your Welcome!

These are available through Emumovies Sync. This is a collection of all known official MAME flyers converted to simple 3D Boxes. The idea was to make them look like cardboard boxes. Please note: downloading these files will NOT cover 4885 games as most of the Boxes names are for various different versions of the SAME game. The amount of games covered will depend on what region and MAME roms you have in your LaunchBox setup. 3D Boxes made from all Launchbox Database Flyers can be downloaded here: If anyone knows of flyers I am missing could they please send me a link to where I can download them and I will make boxes for them also and add to the collection.

Most of these games are working or will be more playable soon on the Rpcs3 Emulator. Many of them are PlayStation Store only but I made boxes for them just so the collection looks neater. 16. Thanks @eatkinola, Have to make three more then I will do that.
  17. This is my setup for Wipeout XL on my windows 10 PC. To get this working takes a while and would take a while for me to write, but I will explain if anyone wants to know. (The game runs much smoother than captured). Please do not ask me where to get the cd for the game.
  18. This is a video of my Mortal Kombat Trilogy setup running on windows 10 using a pair of XBox One Controllers I'm using BigBox as a frontend. The main advantage of using this version of MKT is the lack of load times which I feel breaks up the fun of the game. Getting this running is quite a long process and would take a while to write but if anyone is interested I will include instructions if asked. Please do not ask me where to get the CD for the game.
  19. Well the only problem I have run into is the size of my library and the image quality settings. I find that if you have a very large library as I do (12TB) the quality of the images you have selected may cause the cache to become very large. For example setting the image quality to the highest settings means my cache is 150GB in size which is too big for my SSD. While setting the image quality to medium will make the cache size only 40GB. Right now I am repopulating the cache with the image settings set to just high and I imagine that should leave me with enough space on my SSD to be useable.Other than that I get great performance after moving the cache to my SSD.
  20. I think I may know what's happened here. I changed the cover flow quality from medium to it's highest quality setting and this seems to erase the cache and it starts building from scratch. Also the cache becomes considerably larger after I repopulated it last night.
  21. Hi Jason! This has defiantly been a problem with my setup for a long time. I really like checking out the new Betas but having to repopulate the cache is a pain. But you say this is not a common issue. so I don't know what could be causing it. I'll repopulate again and wait for the next Beta and let you know how I got on.
