  1. @Jason Carr I imported my Mame 0.200 set with the option to filter out games that are not compatible with Mame. In the event an updated set is eventually released with newly compatible roms, will I have to delete my roms from LB and re import my updated set each time there's a Mame update?
  2. @Jason Carr I recently deleted my platform banners and encountered a bug in BigBox. For some reason if there isn't a banner for Arcade/Mame platform, BB automatically adds the default image. Even if I delete the image, as soon as I go back to the Mame platform BigBox pauses for a second and then the image reappears. The only way to stop it from adding the default banner is by adding another image to the folder. This doesn't happen in LB.Next, only if I go to the platform in BB. This is the image it keeps adding:
  3. I think "Use file name only without file extension or folder path" has to be enabled in your LB emulator settings under Tools/manage emulators.
  4. Yup this worked, thanks! I was dumb and had LB opened the first time I edited it.
  5. The Mame.xml in the LB Data/Platforms folder? Wouldn't you have to add the path for every rom? I guess I could do that with Notepad++. So that fixes launching Mame roms with Retroarch? EDIT: I tried editing the LB Mame.xml and it didn't work.
  6. It must be some issue with how Retroarch works. I hope there will be some sort of solution for this, I prefer Retroarch for all of my emulators.
  7. @neil9000 I scanned just a few games into Retroarch, but it still didn't work.
  8. No I haven't tried that, that's a good idea. I'll try it now and report back, might take a little while to scan lol.
  9. yeah with that option checked I don't get an error, just a pointer swirl and back to LB. With that option unchecked I get the missing rom file error.
  10. Which box should I check? I tried "Use file name only without extension or folder path" and that didn't work.
  11. It doesn't work with Retroarch, I get "The ROM file you've specified does not exist". Is there a way to add an option for Retroarch when importing, and have LB use the file path and names when using Retroarch?
  12. So far it's very snappy for me, no pauses while scrolling through all games anymore.
  13. I have a decent size library and I get the same performance issues as cammel when scrolling through all games. Everything is smooth if I scroll through a single category. It hasn't been an issue for me because I never scroll through all games. My specs are: 4790k @4.0 GHz 16 GB Ram R9 390 8GB 5,400 RPM HDD (maybe this is the issue?) In general LB and BB were very snappy until I hit around 20K then things started slowing down.
  14. That would be perfect, I mainly use the controller for BigBox, so disabling in LB will work great! Thanks Jason, I knew you'd have the answer. ? ? Edit: I forgot to add, I'm using an Xbox 360 controller.
  15. @Jason Carr is it possible to either set a dead zone for controller analog sticks or disable the sticks in LB.Next completely? My mouse cursor drifts as soon as I turn on my controller while in LB.Next.
  16. Lately whenever I open LB to edit a game and add artwork, LB freezes when saving the changes. This only happens when adding artwork, and it only happens once. Task manager can't even close LB after it freezes, and I have to wait a couple of minutes before it finally closes. After the crash if I open LB everything works perfect from then on until I reboot my PC.

Thank you, I really appreciate the love! I wasn't gonna make any more, but your comment has changed my mind, I'll start working on more soon, and I'll release a template so you can make any I miss in the future.
  18. I created a thread in trouble shooting but I'm wondering if it could be a beta issue as I am rarely on a stable release?
  19. LB doesn't combine many of my European games with US (ActRaiser 2 on SNES for example), it will combine them with Japanese games, but not US. What make it worse is US games are still combine with Japanese games, so I end up with 2 versions of the game, each with a Japanese copy. EDIT: It does this with every Ninja Turtle game on every platform. Also some games combine but also have a second copy of just the European version. These also have multiple copies of the same game under additional apps, usually multiple copies of the Japanese roms (Blackthorn on SNES for example). It seems to me that there is a very weird bug in the additional apps system.
  20. I've done that in the past but now I'm trying to get my LB setup to work without any extra programs running. Currently the Guide button works as a shift key to enable alternate functionality on every button. LB/BB is the only place I can't do this. Not too big of a deal, I'd much rather L and R trigger support for scrolling.
  21. Kinda disappointing but understandable. I'd love to be able to map the Xbox Guide button too, but I'm guessing that won't be happening either.
  22. Will the analog L and R triggers work with LB Next? They don't work in BB.
  23. I've been having this issue too for the past couple of days. It seems random, and relaunching LB seems to fix it.
