I think Xbox (original) is the only one I'm missing for me. A few others that were there didn't work for me like Neo Geo (the space in NeoGeo messed it up), but I added the spelling I had to the FILTER NAME ALT and everything worked.

Awesome, that was quick! Yeah no need to complicate the code just for that, the one screen is perfect. I noticed a few other issues: Emumovies GBA video snaps are .3gp files, but don't play in the theme, and images now show up in place of videos correctly, but not in the game details view.

I currently don't have a source for single screen DS videos. I wonder if the video could play unsquished and be positioned in a way that only the top screen is visible, with a logo like you said covering the bottom screen? A few other issues I noticed: Emumovies GBA video snaps are .3gp files, but don't play in the theme. Images now show up in place of videos, but not in the game details view. I've noticed some DS and 3DS video previews don't look right because they show both screens vertically. I can't think of a good way to fix that so I'll probably just download single screen videos for those platforms, no big deal. Also could you make a view for Virtual Boy?

That's what I was thinking, I don't remember it having a video in the intro. I do remember it having an option to look at previews in the menu. All I can think of is it is glitching in RetroArch or a bad image.

I think there should be an option to exclude platforms, categories, and even games and playlists from Attract Mode. I have a platform called Tools, that I have certain scripts for changing monitors, and audio devices. Sometimes Attract Mode lands on this category and shows off the tools inside. It would be great to have a check box in the edit menu to exclude from Attract Mode.

@Jason Carr I've noticed that with VLC the option to view videos full screen only works maybe 5% of the time at best, but with WMP the option works 100% of the time. I'm not sure if I am the only one experiencing this.

You can use Photoshop's automation tool to resize images while keeping the aspect ratio. It can automate any task/set of tasks, in PS. I used it to make 300x300 cart/disc images to use as fade media for RL, and it worked perfectly.

Yeah it's like that in every view, and It's like that in V1 and V2. Nope it's not like that in other themes, it's strange. And it's been like this for as long as I can think, I just realized it was an issue when I tried some other themes the other day.- 626 replies

Or use RocketLauncher which supports alternative emulators on a per game basis. That way you don't have to remember which games work best with which emulator, just set it up in RL and forget it.

That works great! I noticed there was still an issue with games that have an apostrophe in them like "Conker's Bad Fur Day", but adding an apostrophe to the RegexReplace list of special characters, fixes the problem I noticed this on line 45 ;Acquiring Disc artwork (not available or location unknown on LaunchBox folders) But I don't see an option under RL's Fade settings for showing disc art. I'm gonna play around with the plugin and see if I can get that working. It would be cool to have both logos and carts. Also, do you know if it's possible to have RL search more than one location for images, like have it search both "Cart - Front" and "Disc" directories?

I agree, almost every issue I've had has been connected to the way LB names games. I've seen a lot of people ask for the option to name games by the file name, I don't know why it hasn't been implemented yet.
