  1. It does just shutdown the exe. Dos mentioned setting in RA as an alternative since you are having issues. Yes 10.5 and even betas. Yes, xbox one controller and several other types of controllers. I have 5 cabinets including a test pc in my house all on different controllers / arcade sticks and either on a stable or beta version all with no issues.
  2. Yeah, its really not that important. I think we should get back to discussing beta testing like the thread is supposed to be about.
  3. You didnt answer Dos's other question. In your data folder where the platforms are is there any chance you see xaml files with "backup" in the name?
  4. \Launchbox\Images\Platforms \Colecovision\Clear logo (The Coleco folder will be named as you actually have it named in your set-up) In that clear logo folder you will save the image named exactly as the Coleco platform is named (for example ColecoVision.jpg or .png). After saving and you return to BigBox if it still does not show you may need to go into the BigBox settings and in Image Cache option choose to refresh the image cache.
  5. It is under the main input settings. I think it is like the 3rd or 4th item down. It is on by default.
  6. Can you share pics of your settings. Show an image of your LaunchBox/BigBox exit emulator bindings and the bindings in Retroarch. Maybe you have something bound to another command and it is conflicting. Also you set pause by the Show Pause Screen. Where are you seeing a Game Pause listing? In LB and BB I there is only a Show Pause Screen.
  7. Unfortunately BitBucket is not the sole driver for the community and to be very honest many of the members on the forum and discord likely do not look at the BitBucket page or even know it exists. I will tag Jason and let him know. See if interest can be built again for it. For now though this is what he is tackling (Top 20 is being worked on I believe). That does not mean he may not look at the request and think it needs addressing sooner. Just letting you know.
  8. Are you talking about the exit image that shows as a result of using the new Startup theme feature? If so it can be changed by editing the themes "Default Shutdown.xaml". However, if you are using the theme called Default that one cannot be edited. You can copy that whole folder called Default and paste then rename it to whatever you want. At that point you can edit that file. You would just need to make sure you select the name of that theme in your settings.
  9. Refreshing the image cache for those games did not help? Just tested on a couple platforms as I have not really added default images and everything worked fine.
  10. No one said anything was wrong with having options. I am quite sure it is not about him not wanting it to be addressed, but more about prioritizing what the majority has requested/voted on for his next developments. We really have not seen a big outpour requesting the search feature be updated. As to why your original bitbucket was set to resolved I am not sure. We will let him know and see if he can take a look again. Just keep in mind he already has a large list of items from the 2019 poll he is working on.
  11. I dont believe there was a fix in 10.5 beta 2 for the Retroarch issue. The fix was for a Win7 Xinput concern.
  12. Not sure if it is currently not possible. BigBox does support a second screen, but it currently is for marquee images.
  13. Its is right in my post. It is called Hotkey. That is the one I told you to bind as the hold.
  14. If you reread my post I let you know how you can make it work. Its right below how to do it in RA. Just use your buttons you have set in BigBox.
  15. Not quite sure what you mean. My steps will work for Launchbox or BigBox.
  16. @dov_EL You set the hotkey. That is the hold key, then you set volume up and then volume down. 1 key each. For example in launchbox I set button 6 (select) and button 8 (right bumper) as my combo for volume up (volume down is 6 + 7). So in RA I set button 6 as the Hotkey (the hold key), then button 8 and volume up and button 7 as volume down.
  17. It works fine for me on our stable release and the latest beta Jason. But I have my LB/BB controls mapped to the same as in Retroarch.
  18. @zombiejunkie Is your X-arcade an older version or one of the newer ones with the tri-mode board? I use the trimode board and have no issues in 10.3 in either normal keyboard mode or in xinput mode. Or is yours and older version and you are using software to replicate the xbox controls?
  19. Same version here. The options are there under video.
  20. @RULLUR Pause works in Kega Fusion you just need to set Window Size and Resolution to something that works. What settings are you using for those? I notice if you set resolution to something far below your actual monitor you get the issue you mention. @Jason Carr I believe this was mentioned in the Great Emulator testing thread.
  21. I assume you are talking about the game play videos. If so, game play videos do not come from Launchbox. Those are Emumovies. So the prioritization of Launchbox over Emumovies will affect images not videos for a game. There are options for Steam Videos and BigBox Cinematics in the Launchbox media download tab, but those rarely show a result. Somewhat correct. You can delete them if you want. That''s up to you. The steps you mention are for platform videos. The videos that actually represent the different platforms not that actual game play videos. What you will want to do is select all the games for a platform and go to >Tools>Download Metadata and Media and then when you get to the Emumovies screen make sure low res video options are unchecked. There are a couple others ways to do this like through the audit tool, but the steps will be pretty much the same.
  22. What two file formats are you seeing? All my files are mp4. They are the same in that they are video file but Neil described the difference in their look.
  23. The types of videos yoou described are typically called Theme Gameplay videos. If you downloaded them using the Launchbox importer when it gets to the Emumovies tab there is a check box for Theme Videos. You can leave that unchecked and it will not download them if ones exist for a game. Also in BigBox in the Video settings there is a checkbox for Prioritize Game Theme video. Leave that unchecked as well.
