CADScott Posted May 4, 2016 Posted May 4, 2016 I spoke too soon, I am getting crashes when I try to set a pin in BigBox, with the following error: Once it crashes once, it continues to happen randomly while navigating BigBox until I exit.

Jason Carr Posted May 4, 2016 Author Posted May 4, 2016 Hey guys, beta 2 is out. I'm hoping it fixes the errors with pins; I wasn't able to reproduce them but I put in safety checks, so let me know. I also fixed the Sort Title issue that Nathan noted. I also finally got around to changing the default game title sorting to ignore "the", "a", and "and". :)

Drybonz Posted May 4, 2016 Posted May 4, 2016 I was just checking out the alpha list in Big Box. Seems like it will help navigation a lot. One thought is that, to a new user, it may not be completely apparent as to how to access it, or that it is even there.

DOS76 Posted May 4, 2016 Posted May 4, 2016 BigBox isn't crashing anymore while navigating through the Atari 2600 jumplist and so far it upgraded on the computers I tried it on without any errors popping up.

Just tested the latest beta, and everything seems to work fine, the letter jump lists still work well for me, and I can now set a pin and clear it without any errors.

CADScott Posted May 5, 2016 Posted May 5, 2016 Would it be possible to have the letter jump list only show the letters that are actually available in the list? This is only really an issue for the platforms, but it would neaten up the list and speed up navigation.
