  1. I just looked through the download section and didn't see the Minimal theme available for download maybe @Grila would be able to direct you to it.
  2. I just looked in my info file for PSX and no chd was listed so I updated both the core and the info file and after that it shows chd as a excepted file type.
  3. Go to tools in the LB menu then go to Manage Emulators select RetroArch and then edit when the form opens go to the Associated Platforms tab and make sure that the core listed for your system is the same one you are trying to use if they are a mismatch it won't work. If you aren't familiar with the core names any core you have downloaded will be inside the Cores folder in RetroArch's root directory.
  4. Hopefully @keltoigael can give you some advice as I'm not familiar with his folder structure for City Hunter.
  5. You probably are using a view that doesn't have video I suggest going to options and enabling a button or key to cycle through the views for your selected theme then check each view and see if you get video in any of them.
  6. Go to the tools menu in LB and go to manage emulators select model 2 and edit it then check the boxes for Don't use Quotes and Use file name only without extension or folder path.
  7. do any SNES games launch in LB I know by default LB sets up the snes9x core (a deprecated version no longer even in the program on top of that) and that you have to edit it in the associated platforms tab.
  8. Well in LB you could mark the games in the platform as hidden but I don't know what effect that will have on your playlist as I've never tested that before.
  9. you should be able to type anything you want in the platform box and I just tested it and it let me create a completely new platform that I hadn't even made before.
  10. I'd just like to add that if this is in any way changed the need for it to still function like it already does also needs to exist as I don't want 100 games listed under t because it has the article the in the title.
  11. you definitely can move a game over you can simply right click a game and go to edit and change the platform there but be aware that it won't move any media assets that go with it. You can also use ctlr+a to select multiple games and do the same thing through the bulk edit window.
  12. platforms with zero games will not list until you add something to them
  13. If you have a full set the bios files are already included those bios sets are for running MESS outside of MAME.
  14. the chd files should be in the same directory as the roms
  15. Are you aware you can directly add images to the forum posts?
  16. In the RetroArch Systems folder
  17. read it closer he says that non merged and split are almost the same not merged and split
  18. If you have a full set then there shouldn't be any machine or bios files missing as they should be included. I don't have a clue as to why you are having issues if all your other games are working in LB. It sounds like your directory in MAME is set correctly because your games wouldn't start at all. MAME will usually throw an error message up and tell you what files are missing also if that is the issue. Just to be sure I understood correctly most of your games are working in both MAME and LB and your issues is with this specific game?

    Lists of Lists?

The MAME full set is on version 0.189. A lot of the other Arcade emulators use MAME roms for the games in their emulator too so while not compatible with MAME the roms work in other emulators and thus worth having if you are interested in those systems.
  20. LB uses MAME 0.175 data for naming and working status so updating your set doesn't really do anything as LB won't recognize newer games that have become working.
  21. yes it does
  22. If you are using the command line version you can open MAME without any game loaded and go to configure options and then video and set enforce aspect ratio to true also if you aren't comfortable messing around with the .ini file.
  23. I would run the scan it can help if there is Windows corruption in some cases it will fix the issues on its own.
  24. once it downloads it what do you expect it to do though if you click no just delete the download that would be wasting Jasons bandwidth which he pays for.
  25. do you have automaitcally download updates in the backgournd checked.
