huh! you can run it with pretty much any joystick but if you mean can you run it on a pi then the answer is no as pi can't run Windows. I have this computer right here it cost more than a pi but it runs Windows the same manufacturers make both the t08 and t09 model and I would suggest one of those as it comes with a newer processor and 4GB of RAM but it also increases the price.

@Beatlemaniac19 just as a suggestion with the new platforms category options you could make a platform category called hacks or homebrews or whatever you want and have all your ROM hacks in there and if you use categories all you ever have to see is the one category labeled hacks unless you hit the plus to show the contents of the category. I personally find the categories greatly cleans up the appearance in both LB and BB

No not at this time its just Windows 7 -10 As for the best I've only ran it on 10 so can't really say.

Just remember if you plan on using this for Dreamcast and you get the183 or upward pack the dc.zip file has now been split into 3 separate files (dc.zip, dceu.zip and dcjp.zip) and you will need to unzip them all put all the files in a dc folder and then zip it up to make the bios that Demul is looking for.

Changing a platform's name changes the Image folder's path

Yeah it definitely doesn't change the image path but all you have to do is go to your image folder and change the name of the folder that had the old platforms name. -

Its been requested before but nothing has been implemented yet. To be completely honest its a very small % of users who only have one or two platforms so there isn't all that many users who are interested in the feature which hurts the chances of it being done.

You can also submit them to the DB the click the Games DB link in the header to do so they will have to be submitted one by one there and then wait for moderator approval but no there is no automated process.

You can link other sites here as long as you aren't liking copyrighted material that is about the only restriction.

You can make them into packs and include them in the download section of the forums if you want I'm sure many people would appreciate it.

If you set your own inputs for that specific machine they aren't picked up? Have you considered switching to MAME if you are using an old version of MESS.

That doesn't really address if the site was hacked though and on what level. Are out passwords compromised or did they just redirect the site to ads?

Okay you can add it manually by hitting the add button which is in the bottom right corner or by using ctrl+N on the keyboard just fill in the ROM path title and other info or if you wanted to say have it attached to one of your existing Galga games you can right click that game and go to edit then set up an additional app that points to the rom you specified and then when you right click the game the other rom will be available in the right click menu

They may have to extend 7's life now I don't think they want to go that route but when it came down to it XP got extra life based on its numbers

https://www.netmarketshare.com/operating-system-market-share.aspx?qprid=10&qpcustomd=0 To be fair only 0.78% of OS's in the world run Vista so its not like you are leaving many users behind. In 3 years it will be worse when Windows 7 reaches EOL in January 2020

http://www.ghacks.net/2016/08/03/net-framework-4-6-2-released/ I was surprised its been out since August and that MS dropped support for the OS 8 months before EOL I thought it was new and they were just not supporting it because next month is it for Vista either way Vista is done so it is what it is. I'm hoping you guys have corrected the website to say Win 7 +.

MAME importer isn't perfect (to be kind) there are always tons of errors for me like hispanic games where there are US variants and many problems like such but MAME is massive and its usually very hard to track something down until you either search for it and it isn't there or you play what you have and it isn't the ROM you want.

My Bartop has a start and coin button in addition to the gameplay buttons for both controllers and then there is 4 additional buttons along the front they are setup in various emulators to do buttons combos such as exit the emulator pull up the RetroArch and MAME UI pause the games additional buttons and button combos are a must IMO -
Empty platforms do not show so once you import something it will then be listed.

EmuMovies API doesn't seem to be working today we are aware of the issue and hopefully it will be resolved soon.

Really if you have 32bit MAME on 64bit PC it will still work but it sounds like you aren't pointing to an emulator and it is just trying to unzip the same as it would if you clicked the file in Windows Explorer
